Good young staff and a great service. There is the free bus service from the train station to the ferry. The boats are spacious and very accommodating. Be aware that car parking can be limited near the ferry during busy seasons and time should be allowed for a decent walk to the ferry. Do not park illegally as you will be booked and receive a fine, park in designated areas only. Plan ahead and have an enjoyable experience.

Friendly staff in office and on flyer. Busy and full but comfortable pleasant journey seated inside, on upper deck or smaller rear deck under cover. Area for baggage as you board. Lovely cafe on Brisbane side across carpark whilst waiting. No amenities at Dunwich but very pleasant covered pier. Toilet across the road. Very pleasant and inexpensive on time journey.

Family owned and operated. The best way to get to Straddle. I love these guys very helpful. Staff are the best.

The Gold cats are the one's that started the water taxi's from Cleveland to Dumwich,as soon as they started the opposition started up one as well & now has dropped their fairs.The way I see it is a ploy to have complete control over future barge & water taxi 's to & from dunwich . Rest my case grubs !
