Electronics warehouse, selling all kinds of home gadgets, from Air con to Air purifiers, Toasters to grills,TV'S to sound systems. Drones and refrigerators. You name it they have it. Excellent service, great prices and offers. Nice to shop there.
Service: 6/10 Front desk 6/10 Fridge Delivery 8/10 Product 9/10 The most thing about good guys in thomastown lack not react to eager to serve customer eg A customer was there Alot of server are standing around chatting! my husband left immediately he really hated when walk in and stand where the headphones area and waiting if anyone noticed him after 20min he walked out! I was patient the day I purchased the fridge because I need it urgent. Need to do their job better!
If you wish to get any good service then dont go to this store. I literally had to chase people to wait and talk to me. They would just walk past knowing that you are waiting for someone. Only good sales rep is Reno. He finally helped us and was patient. Girls at the counter are doing a good job. Floor guys
Delivery of the product was good and fast. But sales team from good guys make fool. We purchased the product because you told us it will be installed in 3 days or maximum in 1 week. But you keep delaying the installation and now it is 2 weeks delayed. We should not have purchased this big order from you if you have not lied and now we do not have space to keep this order in garage. People on phone after order are rude. no one should buy from good guys as you are not good.
Good to take your money. Waited 4 months with no updates until I contacted them. Once it finally arrived in stock the delivery was appalling only arrived with half the goods and randomly booked the next day. Very disappointing, rude staff member who would not help after loosing a day's pay to receive our goods.
Want to be discriminated or personally judge. The identity technology was bad but it's people are worse. Because I didn't look rich I couldn't get any help. Went across the road and dropped 12 grand. Absolutely disgraceful.. Just a really bad company in general. 5 different stores all the same. They all price match so just go elsewhere.
Worst experience ever with delivery, they are quick enough to sell you something but that’s basically where the customer service ends! A no show for first delivery and then over two and a half hours calling/holding/being transferred/being hung up on! Finally rebooked delivery and then another no show in allotted time… finally after more calls and tracking down driver it finally arrived 7 hours after specified time! Will not buy from Good guys again based on this terrible experience!
Thieves! Stole my money and never gave me my goods. I placed an online order and after taking the money out of my bank account, conveniently glitches and gave me an error page. So no confirmation email, no order details and no way to collect my appliance. Wasted my entire morning on the phone to various people, being given the run around and being told by everybody there's nothing they can do. I might as well have taken a $100 note and thrown it straight in the bin. I thought having physical stored they would be a trustworthy and helpful company but turns out they don't give a stuff about helping you once they have your money. Never buying from them again. Should have used kitchen warehouse like I was originally going to and I would have my appliance right now
Great Experience. See Dragi, he was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He walked us through our purchase and was very patient in explaining the different models. Will be back to see Dragi again.
Worst customer service, they advertise every where for price match, when you go to them for price match, then they will say “no we can not do that, its big difference”. Obviously its gonna be big difference when you are charging almost triple the price in compression to market. I went to buy the micro sd card, because i got there concierge voucher. So, i can use the voucher. Bunnings are selling same card for $30 and they are selling it for $79.
