Nearly every aisle l Iooked down was like this. Nice to see the management is looking after this store. They must be so proud to be on the management team.

Today I spent about an hour and a half at the photo centre trying to work out how to order 6 personalised mugs using my phone. I had no idea what I was doing and then Kathryn appeared and saved me. She was so lovely and nothing was a problem for her. She will definitely remember me as my order accidentally got deleted so we had to start all over again. If you have an Employee of the Month award - Kathryn is the winner.

Giving 1 star, zero if i could. I called Kmart at Mount Ommaney 2 times yesterday, no one answered, so frustrating. So I had to drive there to see if they had the specific product at the store. Lucky the had it. Didn't look busy so don't understand why no one picked up the phone.

Don't ever even think about shopping here. Have been treated so condescendingly by a young staff member in the customer service section. I'm leaving shaking feeling anxious, hurt and angry. Absolutely shameful of Kmart Mt Ommaney to even consider employing such a person. I'm near tears and never want to come back

A great place to shop and eat. Great individual shops, I am sure not everyone likes supermarkets but hey necessary evils. Here you can shop the shops you want.

Walked into the store was asking for direction ask Tara  Who is an employee of K mart A question 2 minutes Told me whole one sec she was going to attend to another customer, attended the customer I was standing with my wife waiting for tara  to get back she passed us straigit  And went right back to what she was doing  It's not professional rude and  No customer service where she spoke to me. When I approached her after to ask why she didn't  Get back to assist me    She tried to justify her actions justify her action By arguing with me...

Very busy, good selection of items available.   Easy to navigate the store. No waiting at the checkout.

So many different things you can get lost in the place. Disabled parking and access too. Lots of clothes and underwear, shoes and house accessories. Prices are competitive to. Even the trying clothes spot has room for trolley and a play thing on wall for kids, it was great

friendly staff and great selection of items but  fr why are the registers stuck in 2010
