Got what we needed, cheaper than kmart got more for less. Thats how shopping should be Depends on what you need, best to shop around. Customer service was helpful on some aspects of goods I needed.
Awesome phone service by Sarah who rescued me from an online shopping glitch. She rang me back about stock availability when I was on hold and got cut off. And I was able to pick up my items at the self service counter.
Exceptional staff service at this store. Generally tidy and well kept. Great product range and most items are in stock.
Well designed layout. Helps with the shopping experience as major stores are not too far from each other has a good range of cuisines at the food court.
The lady at fitting rooms was so friendly and helpful. As was the lady in ladies clothing. Thank you I was at wits end and you helped me with finding my last item for my new job

Has a great selection of shops, I could find most of the shopping I needed all in one place.
Very good, heaps of children clothes and they were stitched well surprised. Staff always happy to help. Disabled parking and access I was surprised at huge range of adult clothing too.
Teenagers leave their bags outside here so it's a great place to pick up a free scientific calculator if you need one. All of the staff seem very hard working except for one and i think we all know which one..... A pleasant store by any measure.
