Very helpful people.nWe purchased a helium filled balloon and serviettes for my wife’s birthday on 4 August.nNow 8 days later the balloon is still flying high almost fully inflated.
Went to get helium balloons for a 15th birthday. Sophia was so helpful in discussing the options and we finally chose a huge fish and other balloons, as the birthday boy loves fishing. From Julie who I first contacted by phone to Sophia, nothing was too much trouble. So friendly, courteous and helpful. Will definitely be back for all our party needs. I am so impressed with the customer service of Unique Party Shop. I was hosting a function for nearly 120 in a community hall and had left it quite late to buy some essential party supplies. Not only did I find well priced items online on the unique party shop website but I also had assistance via SMS about shipping the items in time from Brisbane to Melbourne. I received all items ahead of time, clearly packaged and excellent quality. It was the customer service that really relieved my stress and saved me time and money! Thanks Unique Party Shop, no more late night Kmart runs for me. I look forward to trying the range of items on website.
