My wife and I were looking for a costume hire place for our Bridgeton party and called in here thinking it was a hire place. We were informed by the lovely staff they don't hire costumes, they sell them. Looking around the store we were blown away by the massive amount of costumes they have for sale. They carry every decade from 1920 to today, and every theme you can think of. They have masks and wigs and everything in between. The staff really know there stuff and are extremely helpful. If you are having a party or going to a fancy dress party, I strongly recommend calling in for a look. Just remember you cannot try on the costumes and there are no refunds.

Great experience both online ordering, and in store purchasing more items for my costume. The staff in store were friendly and helpful and the online ordering experience was easy. I strongly recommend using their Size guide app to ensure a great costume fit. Prices are reasonable and their communication throughout the process was great. They have a massive range of costumes to choose from. Check them out for your next costume purchase!

We spent a good hour and half in the store getting ideas and inspiration for our next theme night. The store layout is well presented and maintained making it easy to find what you need.nnWhether you're attending a Halloween, 80's, Marvel, German, Medieval, Kids, Bucks or Hens themed event, Jokers Costume Mega Store should be the first place to shop.nnThe staff have always been so lovely and helpful in finding the right items and provide great suggestions for our events. Please note that the staff at the Rocklea rude and talk down to us we are two adults there to buy costumes she made us both be like we were there to steal not to buy, I personally do not like leaving my stuff unattended in public. And a condition is not a law something you ask of your customers. when we complained how we felt about how they made us feel. Then they told us about the locker for the bag's after we went into the store. Honestly I would not go there again if I could give them a negative 5 star just on the customer service.
