Got my Tragus and Navel done here today by the person with half blue hair  didn’t catch her name. Was awesome with walking me through the whole process and checking I liked the placement before piercing. Will only come here for my piercings from now on. Thank you so much

Had an amazing experience, just got a belly piercing done. The costumer service was amazing and the people who did my piercing did an awesome job, making me feel comfortable and was super professional, would really recommend, thankyou so much for this service.

Came in on 18/10/2022 around 4-5pm in the afternoon, I kindly asked the lady behind the counter  slim, dark long hair, lots of tattoos  for the bottom part of my belly button to be pierced  I already have the top done  the staff member proceeded to tell me, not kindly either, that my body isn’t the “correct” anatomy for the piercing and refused to do it for me. This I did not take lightly, in fact it ruined my whole shopping experience and I went straight home. I’m a slim person myself and I don’t get much bigger, to be body shamed infront of my face was the most horrid experience, clearly this lady hasn’t learnt yet that words hurt people’s feelings. Never the less I went the next day to a piercing parlour who welcomed me with open arms and a week later the “ anatomy of my body “ hasn’t rejected the piercing, will not be recommending a company that body shames again.

Awesome people who were more than willing to fix a piercing jewelry mistake done by the Browns Planes location the day before. They only charged for the jewlery itself, they could have easily justified charging for their time but they didn't.

The attendant was very nice even though I wasn't buying anything. I'd say it's an 18+ store with what they sell. Clothes are kooky and funny  though. Disabled friendly.

Consistently professional and delightful to deal with.  Have patiently tolerated my repeated aftercare issues my fault, not theirs for piercings that simply refuse to behave themselves. A happy wellspring of knowledge and guidance towards navigating all healing and maintenance issues, and so much more reasonably priced and better educated than any of the competing piercing "specialist" chains. Came yesterday to get piercing done, no one was there to get piercing done, because of rain, fair enough. Called to confirm that piercer was in the next day, asked if I had to book an appointment, was told just to walkin. Walked in told they were fully booked  until 4:30 so would have to be after then. Checked in again and was told they shut at 4:30. Poor  customer service

Just had to come on here to give the team a glowing recommendation. Really had me at ease getting my two piercings today. Professional, friendly and hygienic. Tabby was an absolute Gem. Had me laughing and relaxed in no time at all. Thanks heaps

Went into this store because there was a sale and bought a piece of jewellery, after I left within 2 minutes i noticed it was not the piece of jewellery I asked to buy I went back to change it and they would not let me get the piece I actually wanted and even though there was a sale I was charged more than the barcode price. Absolutely disgusting service would not recommend
