5 months after I bought a pair of pants I discovered a fault . I didn’t have a receipt but did have the proof of purchase from the Connor account . I showed the manager the pants and she was very quick to replace them for me . I am very happy , 5 star service .
Fantastic sales man, great customer service. They have a wonderfully full shop, lots of sale prices and we left with three complete outfits for hubby. Clothes, shoes and belts for $200.
A good thing to see a men's clothing store. Full of good quality prices and clothes and good quality too. From business to casual clothing it's got it. Disabled access too.
Nice range of clothing with a higher quality. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.
On the 18th December around 2-4pm, my dad went to exchange a t-shirt he had bought. When he asked if he can exchange the item, the dude at the desk rudely told him that he cannot. Terrible customer services skills.
