It was full of all types of different  disabled parking and access to and in store

I had the most amazing helpful over the phone assistance from Mt Ommaney staff member Chris. He sorted out a dilemma with some gift vouchers I was trying to use online and his solution worked perfectly.  It's so wonderful to receive such excellent customer service, particularly in today's negative times.

Great place to get quality books

its a book store. it had books, which was super convenient,  and they came in a variety of sizes and subject matter thus fulfilling the criteria to be expected from being a book store.

Great book store

Great service from Joshua and Chris - who spent  20 mins. or more helping me find my desired book.  They were very nice young men and put a lot of effort in to locate this book.  Friendly and efficient . I needed it for a birthday gift so appreciate the time given to find it.  Thanks guys.

Ok selection, fantastic staff!  Didn't have the books I was after, but the staff member while helping other customers went above and beyond by looking up the series, confirming they didn't have it, sourcing an alternate location and printing me slips with each books details to make it easier to find them!  Awesome service!

I shop here fairly regularly - when I can't find what I am looking for at BigW or similar cheaper. Always find the staff to be very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Sometimes have to wait, but that is when they are serving other customers so can't be helped. Shop is very small and cramped - tight aisles hence not 5 stars
