Thanks for your help today. Just wanted to let you know that the drivers did an excellent job at both ends. Very friendly and efficient at uplift, and a great help unpacking everything at mum's in Bateau Bay. They took great care with my belongings and the whole day went really smoothly. Thanks again for providing such wonderful service. We were all very impressed!

Smooth, professional, responsive. I shipped with a work relocation package from Sydney to London and everything has arrived as packed. Would definitely recommend for your move.

Very dissapointing from start to finish. Item’s shipped from London to Sydney. Very, very poor communication and customer service. Belongings delivered late, damaged or broken. Not enough time to write everything down, but our current situation is a 7 week old baby, no cot as the fixings are missing, no mattress to sleep on as it was delivered half wrapped and covered in stains and no tv as this has a full length crack left to right. Still no written apology or support on how to get the situation resolved and still no response from the insurance. We have never experienced service like this and very much hope no one has to again!

At almost every step of our move, King and Wilson was incompetent or simply didn't care. They have a corporate culture that just doesn't care for the customer after they have their money. K&W outsource everything but won't maintain adequate controls and governance. K&W broke promises, refused to return calls, didn't provide services paid for, and damaged our goods. And they're not cheap. After being assured it would be a smooth move and I wouldn't have to do anything, I had to step in personally at each step to resolve issues that K&W created through their laziness or inattention. I've moved with a score of removalists over the years and the experience with K&W was far and away the worst. I wouldn't recommend them to move a doghouse.
