Amazing company! used them to move my items from Sydney to Queensland and just wanted to share my experience with everyone else. They arrived and loaded everything into the truck fast and efficiently to be honest i was a bit skeptical of damages as they loaded my items a bit too fast and thought "oh no, damages!" but they proved me wrong. NOTHING was damaged everything came nicely wrapped and they helped me put the items wherever i wanted, such lovely gentlemen! i recommend this company to anyone! will def be using you guys again.

Quick removal. Nothing was damaged. However transparency of charges was not there. Card details were taken on spot during the last second despite having given details before. Additionally, mattress protective cover was not provided. The truck had a puncture when it came in, and the workers took some time in finding a solution, but once they found their rhythm, it was all good. Reviews were actually asked to be made on the spot. I would suggest the company finds a better way to do this as this feels quite obligatory and without cause.

Hired Fast Removalists for a small 2 bed unit move. The movers spoke and understood very limited English and left the couch on its side in the middle of the floor behind numerous heavy boxes. Drawers which were removed from the storage units were also left stacked on the floor, not replaced. A mistake was made with the payment upon completion of the move despite being assured by two different staff members it was being done correctly. When speaking with a manager to try and rectify the mistake, I was met with an extremely rude, aggressive and condescending woman who showed no interest at all in my concerns and threatened to end the conversation. The manager showed complete disregard for the issues raised and replied only that mistakes are made. This is extremely poor service and I would expect far better customer service from a company such as Fast Removalists. Would not recommend this company to anyone who expects any level of service.

Punit and Michael were assigned to my move today. They were on time and after doing a quick walk-through of the house and checking what I wanted they got to work quickly. I had to go to an appointment and so left them to it and was surprised how quickly they packed up a 3 bedroom house. They then packed our stuff in to a storage unit and took particular care to fit everything in. I was very impressed by their professionalism and care. They were very helpful in answering questions and didn't waste anytime while they were on the clock - which is very comforting when you are paying by the hour! The packing into the truck and unit was done very well. Would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.

DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! To start with they were 2 hours late! horrendous company, called to get a quote and although they were more expansive they assured all furniture to be wrapped, I was moving 1k around the corner from a 1 bed flat..... I moved everything myself bar the bed, fridge, washing machine and sofa....4 items to move. what should have been a 1.5 hour job at push, I was happy to pay the minimum charge of $200 due to the service offered. It took them 2.45 hours to complete the move and when it came to paying they rounded up to the hour. On completion demanding cash on the spot with no invoice and charging an extra $100 call out fee. When I called the “manager” I was confronted with the most rude, offensive man who shouted down the phone that I must pay. Customer service does not exist at this company. A 1.5 hour quoted job, 1km around the corner to move 4 items came to $436 ..... daylight robbery. Not to mention the “special Removalist” turned up with no tape, no tools, a van that looked like it had been stolen with graffiti all over it and bits hanging off it. I highly recommend avoiding this joke of a company, unless you enjoy being robbed.
