Very friendly, helpful and careful movers helped us move house today.. though we had issue with the size of the truck, the movers were patient and made our moving day easy.. thank u Brian and AKY ☺ I'd highly recommend this company for they have such nice staffs.

I am sorry to say this is the worst moving experience I have. I have been moving for so many times and I always hired 2 men & a truck for my two bedroom apartment, and every time I will pack most of the items into boxes / wrapped them up together beforehand. Two men came on time, however they seemed inexperience in moving and loading their truck. For my two bedder they look 10+ hours to move and it costed me approx $1200 (New place and old place only 2km apart). Not to mention they left almost 30% stuffs behind as they couldn't fit more boxes into the truck. The truck was huge but they didn't know how to stack boxes up, so the top half of the truck was almost empty. I ended up hiring a second removalist for the things left behind. Whilst moving, the two men whinged that I should have hired 3 men or more for the moving (I am not stingy, but I have been moving a lot and every time 2 men will get the job done). The also took many cigarette breaks, and I personally need to buy them food and drinks, and the help I offered can turn myself into a removalist, otherwise I think they would have costed me over $2k for the day. In addition, our fridge was dented, bookshelves were scratched.

Fast, reliable removalists. The workers were careful with all our belongings, and at a good price as well! Would recommend to all.
