We have not had a good experience with Kent removals.
One of our items (a large piece of furniture) went missing during the shift and we have been chasing the company for several weeks to try and locate it. The item was not labelled when it was picked up and therefore became very difficult to track. After 4 weeks we were advised it had been located only to have our hopes dashed 2 weeks later to be told it was not the same item.
While one of the employees has been helpful in trying to locate the item we have had to continually chase the company for updates. There are obviously issues with customer service and the tracking of items with this removal company. This has not only been our experience but also the same experience of two other customers that used Kent Removals. If you care about your possessions do not place your trust in this company.

Kent Removals were fantastic. We moved from Sydney to Adelaide, the uplift team were fast and efficient and loaded the containers carefully. Our furniture was delivered to Adelaide about 7 days later and the delivery guys worked really hard to get our stuff unloaded before it rained. 
I would be more than happy to recommend Kent for the customer service in Sydney and Adelaide to the hardworking guys loading and unloading our furniture. 😊😊😊😊 Everything arrived in tact, very happy.

Kent moved us from Telopea to Carlingford, from the time we met with Matt the consultant to the followup emails about how the move went we have been very well look after.

We compared them against another leading company and they could match the Kent price, which made so much difference with the cost of moving a large house.

What i really appreciated was having the beds put back together and ready to be made. We were exhausted and it was very hot on the day of the move. I really appreciated all the efforts of Josh, hemisphere and the crew. Thanks guys.

Best service ever.
On requesting a quote, I was suitably impressed that the boss himself phoned me and visited me within 2 hours.
The collection crew were on-time, like to the minute and were very efficient, and careful with my goods.
All of the calculations from Kent were accurate and I had no surprises. They had even sent a second vehicle to ensure that everything was transported together. 
I was communicated to regularly and knew exactly what to expect and when.
Delivery was also a breeze. I got my communication and once again delivery was on-time.
No breakages or damages. Mirrors, TV's etc.
Crew were great. Collection and delivery was very efficient and did their job within the time window.

Although their quote was not the chapest, I would prefer to deal with Kent and found it great value for money.
Kent is extremely professional and experienced.

The table was uplifted and would like to pass on my compliments on your staff that picked up the antique piece.

They were careful, professional, informative and friendly. I have used other transport companies in the past but I won’t look any further than Kent Removals in the future.

Your prices are fair and your service from the start was exceptional!

Look forward to more dealings with your company.
