My wife found these negative reviews a few days after I had already made a booking with Six Brothers and only a couple of days before we were due to move. 

I was understandably concerned and considered cancelling my booking. 

I spoke to them the following day and confirmed all the details. I wanted an early start and was told they could arrive from 7am instead of the 9am that I had originally booked so I changed the time. I also booked a third man as some of my furniture items where heavy so I thought I'd rather have it covered and 3 men would get the job done quicker anyway.

These 3 guys arrived at 7:15am and worked tirelessly for the next 7 hours. They were polite, friendly  and certainly did not stop for frequent breaks as some reviews have detailed.

Everything got to our new property without any breakages and in a reasonable timeframe. My wife and I helped a little but whenever we tried to help they insisted we didn't need to and always had a small pile of lighter things set aside for my wife whilst they dealt with the heavier items.

I would thoroughly recommend them and decided to write this review mainly due to the negative reviews that were nothing like our experience. Make sure your booking matches your requirements, book enough people for the job, tell them in advance about heavier items, stairs etc.... (as they request on their website) and you wont have any problems.

Worst customer service ever! They arrived late to begin with and when they finally did arrive, they were more interested in going to the bathroom than to load the truck. One of the revivalists just did not speak at all except when it came to charging me an extra $100 for a few stairs. The price I was quoted was $260 but I ended up paying $450. Biggest rip off ever and I would never recommend these guys to anyone!

They did not show up or answer the phone. There was no weekend number to call so we could not get in touch with them. Highly unprofessional as I booked in advance. Left us stranded on the last day of out lease. Wish I would have seen the reviews beforehand as clearly this is a common occurrence with this company. Will not make this mistake again.
