Quick and Easy Removals were an absolute delight to deal with and made my move effortless. The guys turned up before the allocated time slot and very quickly and efficiently loaded the contents of my 2 bedroom house. They took real care with delicate items and repeatedly asked me where individual things would go at the new address. Unloading was equally smooth and everything was left in exactly the right place. 
The removalists were extremely polite, courteous and professional and payment was made quickly using my visa card over the phone. All in all this was a completely stress-free experience.
I would use this company again anytime and recommend them unreservedly to anyone.

We’ve moved with Quick & Easy a few times now and had a great experience, and today was no exception. Dani & Andy were fantastic! They started early, showed up on time, worked fast, very polite, took great care with our belongings and were very careful moving furniture into our freshly painted house. Nothing was too much trouble, they even helped put together the kids beds. Would definitely recommend!

I’m generally the guy who cringes at the sight of people that publicly complain.. However this company has well and truly converted me. I’ve never seen such poor service across so many different people.
Quick sum up of proceedings, after taking my $900 deposit, they:

- Were a no Show after arranging a time and place to meet my partner (she waited over an hour and a half- excluding the hour drive it took to get there)

- In trying to get an update, I was met with constant lies regarding them actually returning calls. They tend to love the phrase "we will give you a call back" and never actually do so (this happened about 6 - 7 times) 

- Finally got in contact and rescheduled a location which got ignored didn’t & happen either..

- text the Perth office to ascertain what time the driver would eventually show, by this time the person I had been liaising with was already on the beers and couldn't string together a coherent text message.

- When I reached wits end and request my money be refunded the response from management was a combination of complete unconcern mixed in with relief that they had '1 less thing to do with their day.'

- I had ‘foolishly’ written this google review prior to receiving my funds. As a result Management & accounts had withheld the refund and refused to return my money until the review was removed or changed to a positive one (I have written records of this).

In all honesty, I would recommend getting open heart surgery from a graffiti artist in a Balinese prison before wasting your time with this lot. DO NOT USE THEM EVER!!!

Don't use this company!!! 10 HOURS (literally) to move a 2 bedroom unit because the guy was hungover and kept disappearing to use his phone. I was quoted 4-5 hours. When I complained, the company took no responsibility and the men lied about the extent of the job to cover their tracks, even claiming I lived on the sixth floor when I actually live on the ground floor. Such a terrible response from customer service. Their only response to my complaints was "we trust our workers" and that I shouldn't have paid if I wasn't happy.

Disappointed to discover small things missing from my move like the screws to put my desk back together, the main key rod that holds my coffee table together, a couple of rungs missing from my bed .. small items but integral parts of my furniture. I found them to be rather lacking in professionalism and just care for my things. Won't recommend them to anyone!
