I had an amazing experience and the staff was nice and friendly and caring, food was great as well.

The location was exactly as described, the staff were very polite and friendly, and the food was great... However the service was really slow, start to finish dinner took 2.5 hours to come to us and we were left waiting for quite some time between dishes, not knowing what was happening. The wait staff were really sweet, but came across as confused/disorganised and we had to remind them of things a few times.

The spa venue was amazing especially its Roman bath. The room that we stay felt as if we were in Japan with a private onsen. Food was amazing be it dinner or breakfast. Recommended to stay at least a night especially for special events.
