Excellent place guys. Bit smaller room but they are very capable and professional. I had a frozen schoulder and they fixed it. Highly recommend them guys.
Unfortunately never got to experience a massage, only the customer service. Called to say I'd arrive 5mins late for a 20min neck and shoulders after I left work on my lunch break. Arrived, then the lady at the front said she can't massage me as she has another client? She called them to confirm how far away they were and they were 5mins away? She then advised that if I wait for 30mins she can then do my massage which I can't on my work break. Not sure how my 20min massage was somehow booked only for 10mins? I just said it is what it is, and I'll have to book another day. Fully intending on rebooking. She then told me as I left "next time be on time". I couldn't believe what I heard, shook my head and just said I won't be coming back. Disappointing as I use massage fortnightly, and wanted one close by to work. So I am back on the hunt to find one!
This is the only place I go because I'm always happy with the massage. Kenya and June are very very good and my wife loves Aom and her massages
Edit: If you want Remedial Massage they only accept AHM, Medibank and BUPA and they don't tell you until the morning of your appointment hoping that you will switch to another type of massage and pay in full yourself. Having said that Best massage I have had at both Narre Warren and Dandenong friendly service all my aches and pains were gone just can't pay $75 every week

Having a spinal problem for years and trying several massage therapies. I decided to try this place for the first time .A lady by the name AO Massaged me she was very professional and polite one of the best .Unfortunately she wasn't there the 2nd time .I do hope she will be present on my next visit.
90minutes Massage with Grace was really good yesterday & worth it, well money spent here. Specially staff is very friendly and welcoming as always. Don’t want to go anywhere else once you finds the right place.
Not bad. ..think they are not experienced in the medical /sports/certified massage field as my muscles felt worse afterwards. I went with my partner and they were not happy with us being in the same room even though we booked in advantage. They have a welcoming towel boy who offered drinks and massage chairs while we waited. He had incredible customer service. By the time the room was ready we had to cut the time from one hour to 45 minutes. This made the masseuses unhappy as we were told that one needed to wait for another bus to get home. They refused a walk in aswell when we were waiting and told us they lost money even though 5 girls were standing around we were willing to pay for the hour but you could feel the tension as the whole massage was filled with annoyed toned ranting in another language instead of soothing relaxation music. My massage felt weak and I would have felt better with a hot bath at home. My partners was roughly done like when your mum is upset with you as a kid but still feeds you dinner angrily. evertime he asked politely to go softer it was responded by non-english murmers & laughter our bad backs from working over 100hours for the week and having to return back as our 1hr break was up and no other massage place would take us felt worse. We tipped and paid for the hour but only felt welcomed from the towel boy helping hand. Won't return as felt more like a cash machine and a white skinned joke than a respected customer that has a opportunity to return more than once a week.
I love this place! I specially see Toom or DD. They are professional and thorough. I was anxious at my first appointment but they made me really comfortable. Really affordable and worth the price! They do a good job and my muscle pain drastically reduces and I feel great after seeing them. I highly recommend!
Just came from there after my first visit. I had probably one of the best massages ever, and I have visited a few already, my back is a challenge... I was treated by the hands of Pear, you can tell she knows what she is doing, really good professional. Will go back without a doubt!
