Very relaxing and moisturizing facial. Lexa also gave me a great shoulder massage. All topped off with a cup of green tea. 4 weeks until the next treatment.

I am very happy with Lexa treatment style. She provides ultimate care when working on my skin and not only have exessive knowledge about the skins  products and treatment but also shares her care and goes behind. I have started my skin treatment journey with Lexa in Pine but moved to Torongo clinic then Brandon Park. I would go anywhere else if she goes as she provide ultimate experience for me. Lexa is an asset for any employer. She constantly keeps her knowledge and training up to date and it's clear for me as registered nurse with master degree that she knows what's she's doing which portrays her employer and Indolgence clinic. She knows about skin, how it works, how reacts and scientifically explains the result which is a source of me returning to her and refer others to her as well. I love her care planning style which she picture where to start and where to go from there. I highly recommend Lexa and deserve 5 star reveiew.  I'm happy to provide more info if required. Firstly, the special offer sounded like a very good deal which was why i purchased 2 to check it out with my friend in Nov 2022. When we finished the treatment, both my friend and i were disappointed and thought it wasn’t worth the trip and definitely would have been angry if we paid the full price.  The double deep cleanse was very ordinary. Just felt like how i would clean my face at home hardly any scrubbing, no exfoliant. Then the microdermabrasion was also a disappointment. The suction was so weak, and she only briefly went past my nose area which is what i normally like about this treatment…. The feeling of the clean nose area/smoothness. When she turned off the machine, i was disappointed that was over.  Then the massage. Best thing usually, again we were disappointed. Didn’t even last 5 mins and wasn’t  firm enough to our liking. If the massage wasn’t advertised, we would have accepted it as a bonus. But since it was, there is expectations.  The peel was a first time for me so i didn’t expect the strong tingly burning sensation, would have been more assured if she said to expect this b4 she puts the product on rather then after. I was nervous as it felt like maybe i had sensitive skin and was reacting.  The mask at the end also gave me that tingling sensation. Usually once the mask is on, that’s when we get the massage to kill that empty time and 10-15mins would suffice.  There was also a lot of walking in and out of the room during the session. It should have been more prepared and have most things ready in the room. At least 4-5 in and out of the room during the session. Was very distracting.  The gift at the end kind of made up for the flaws. We were happy to receive the face and eye mask as the packaging looked like it was an expensive product. Gift card value is awesome $25 but will be useless as we are not going to return.  My friend actually felt the same as me when we left and said definitely not worth it if full price.

I’ve been going to Indulgence Medi Spa at Brandon Park for over 2 years now and I have loved every treatment and therapist I’ve had. The team are always lovely, welcoming and make me forget the stresses of everyday life.

Skin feels amazing after just one treatment. Have booked in multiple sessions! Staff are extremely friendly and clinic is clean and relaxing. Highly recommend

I have been going to Your Indulgence Wheelers Hill for years. I have never had a bad treatment and I have had 1000s over the years! and always receive great advice. I have had a number of wonderful therapists and my current therapist, Tammy, is no exception. A friendly, comfortable environment to enjoy being pampered!

Terrible service. Spent $400 on a Day Spa only to arrive morning of, seen an hour late by a therapist who admitted they hadn't done the routines before. Didn't receive all elements of the treatment which finished about two hours earlier than advertised. Can't blame any of the staff who were present, they tried their best and told me the manager would be in touch with me. Never heard from manager. Emailed later but never received a reply. Reviews seem to be positive for one-off treatments, wouldn't at all recommend getting one of their "experiences".

The amazing em1, such beautiful treatments offered. I have been seeing her for the last year. I love my results driven facials, my favourite is the timeless peel my skin always looks so plump and bright after having this done. I love the massage aspect of the treatment too relaxing but im also getting results for my skin. Thankyou!

Cass and the team are kind, caring and interested in me as as individual person not a number!. It is wholistic, highly skilled and consistent care. Indulgence Medi Spa welcomes you and provides a safe space to discuss all your health and beauty needs.

Its with great disappointment that I share and rate so low. Booked a spray tan. Rang two hours prior to confirm.  did not have the colour, did not inform me , and did not spray evenly. Wrong colour,  and spray tan is terrible!!! My girlfriends said I should complain . I have a wedding tomorrow. Disappointed
