Exquisite Brows & Spa Chadstone

The staff is in such a hurry to get the job done they don't do a proper job. They spent literally 3 minutes on my eyebrows, did no shaping just tidy up. I have thick eyebrows and it takes at least 10mins to cut and shape. I asked the girl to do it again and she just did the ends, the area in the middle was left untidy. I was so upset with it I just left. $15 is a rip off, not worth going to this store be warned if you are looking for quality service

Wow! I look amazing, I never knew my eyes could look so beautiful and defined. All thanks to Palak who did a really great job on my eyebrows and lashes. Keep your good work girl!

I have no idea about the past reviews. But in my own opinion this place is quite a top notch to get your eye lashes done. Especially, one of their new employees, Palak is so good that the whole experience feels like a piece of cake. I am happy with your services

This girl.. i recall her name Palak, really did a great job on my eyebrows. I was worried at first visiting this salon as their rating in the past was not that great. But it occured to me that i made the right choice. Her attention to detail is quite noteworthy. I am impressed with their work. Good job. Another thing is the salon's cleanliness, its tip top and top notch

Worst eyebrow experience. My eyebrows look completely different. One has a chunk missing out of it. It was the most painful eyebrow experience I have ever had. I went home and found a huge chunk of was in my hair that was tied up and had to cut the was out of my hair.
