Hairhouse Warehouse Chadstone

Really disappointed with the customer service offered by the two ladies working here tonight. I was looking for a particular hair product which my friend purchased here a week ago, and when I went in to ask about the product, I was immediately shut down and told it was out of stock, I tried to ask for advice/alternative products to purchase, as well as asking if they knew the store upstairs had it in stock, and I was again, immediately shut down with the answer 'no' to everything. I tried to ask for further advice and was immediately redirected to find the product at Kmart instead, even though I tried to explain I would prefer to buy from the store as I know the brands Hairhouse Warehouse carries would be reputable. But again, I was met with a very short response from the worker saying that what I wanted was the same item that Kmart would carry. I did end up going to the upstairs Hairhouse Warehouse store and asked the staff exactly the same thing, and as it turns out, they had exactly what I was after. It really goes to show that the two ladies in this store did not bother to ask me questions and to actually try and find the product that I was asking for, and just assumed what I was looking for without actually trying. The girls at this store did not create a welcoming environment at all, nor really cared enough to ask further questions or provide any solutions. It seemed like they would rather have had me leave the store as quick as I can by not listening to what I was asking, so they could get back to their own personal conversation. I would look to avoid coming back into the store to seek help, advice or to purchases from those ladies ever again.

Chloe did an amazing job on my hairs & I got perfect blonde color this time & she was very friendly and explained everything in a very polite way regarding products. My Experience was fantastic with her. Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful service.

I came in a few weeks ago and was treated by Vanessa! She is extremely welcoming, i felt so comfortable. She had amazing customer service and she did an incredible wash, blow wave & style! Definitely recommend getting treated by her!

Got my eyebrow pierced by the lovely Bella, it was her first eyebrow piercing and she did absolutely perfectly, didn't even hurt a bit and had no issues. Absolutely love the look!

im usually not one to write reviews, but i am so taken aback by the service i had here. i came here looking for a particular product my hairdresser recommended me. i came here on two seperate occasions, the first time i had a lovely young lady who served me, she assisted me with the product but at that time i was in a rush. so i came back a second time to purchase the product and the lady, with big bleached yellowy blonde hair who served me was so condescending. i was so shocked and taken aback by how rude her tone of voice was and looking me up and down. saying things like “are you sure your hairdresser said that” “ this product is not going to do what you think its going to do” “did your hairdresser actually tell you to buy this?” etc etc. basically i was convincing her it was the product i wanted to purchase, after getting nowhere but condescending comments. i left without the product and quite frankly, upset with how i was treated. and you know what, i went to another hair house location, the lady there explained the product to me, told me how to use the product and helped me pick out the right tone. it did exactly what i wanted and what my hairdresser told me it would do. even if the product wasn’t suitable for me, at least help, be accommodating and recommend me something else instead of being condescending and telling me not to buy it. i will be avoiding this store.

Not an exceptional customer service at both Chadston & Dandenong store. The staff just want to sell no matter what , they just have this intention and after a conversation with them about a product if you walk away they will be unhappy clearly . I spent a lot at Chadston store tonight but will never be back at this store again. The refund and exchange policy is complicated based on the product . I wanted to buy a dyson hair tool but they say no refund and exchange for this product just because i am getting it from their store and if i buy direct from dyson that is a different story .

Extremely disappointing customer service at this store. Left without purchasing the items I had intended to. Staff busy chatting amongst themselves, One of them an older blonde lady with huge hair was very rude borderline attempting to act snobby. I’ve since purchased these items at another Hairhouse who were much friendlier and customer orientated.

Took my daughter for ear piercing. Bella & Sharon were great & did a fabulous job. The customer service was average.

I cannot speak highly enough of Chloe at Hairhouse Chadstone. I booked in with her after a bad experience with my cut and colour at a different salon, and I’ve walked away from my appointment with the beautiful blonde hair I always wanted. Chloe was so kind and patient with me, she is extremely knowledgeable and talked me through everything she was doing with my hair. She made sure we were both on the same page and that I was happy and comfortable at each stage of the process. She educated me on the best hair care for me to get the most out of my colour too. Thank you so much Chloe, I’m so grateful to you and so happy with my new hair. Highly recommend to all.
