endota spa Chadstone

I was very disappointed with the staff over the phone. I called up today to ask about booking in a treatment for myself and my friend who is pregnant. I wanted to enquire how they could tailor the spa treatments to pregnancy. The lady over the phone huffed and puffed, was cold and rude, and told me that they couldn’t tailor any of the treatments and only offered a 75 minute $160 spa package for pregnant women so that was the only option. I asked if I could tailor the spa package to add in more time or something additional and she said they didn’t do anything else for pregnant women, that was the only spa package, and nothing could be added or tailored. Then she proceeded to tell me she had people waiting and huffed and puffed further. I was treated very poorly over the phone. The lady Gabe the impression I was an inconvenience and she didn’t want my business. So I said thank you and I would phone some other spas, and she just hung up on me. I phoned three other spas in Melbourne (not Endota) and they all said they would tailor any spa package or treatment for someone who was pregnant. They were polite, and lovely!! So I went ahead and spent $700 with them to treat myself and my sister. BIG MISTAKE! HUGE! I wont be back Endota Chadstone. It’s a competitive beauty market out there and you just don’t make the cut with poor customer service and a limited range of treatments for pregnant women. That experience was very lack lustre. Something I wouldn’t want to experience again or put my friends and family through!

Just had a 50 minute organic infusion facial. Was a disappointing experience. The beauty therapist was lovely BUT did not mention any of the products before she applied them. Towards the end, I thought I had a certain product on that needed to be on for about 15mins so I was lying there waiting for the therapist to come back in afterwards. Apparently it was finished! Unfortunately my face didn't feel that refreshed afterwards. Sorry guys not the best experience I've had so I wont be back.

Anu was my therapist and she did an amazing job on my skin. She took the time to pay close attention to my problem areas and calmed down the redness on my face. She was also really informative, answering all my questions on what she was doing and what I should be doing at home. Apart from all that, I came out floating and really relaxed. Thanks Anu!! I'll be back.

I was there waiting there for an hour and I went to the front desk to ask them what's going on. And found out they messed up my booking 😑 how can they not mentioned it when I arrived. They sent me a conformation text message the day before and I did reply yes but they still mess up the booking in there system. That's so annoying. Plus my husband and 8 months old baby was waiting for me in Chadstone shopping center 😤 found it hard to relax after all these.
