Excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone looking to upgrade or get themselves a value addition to there house. The guys along with Theo helped out with providing tailored advise and suggested the best option for me. Also to mention the great after care service provided.

We bought a jacuzzi tub and were very on the fence about the specs and which tub/brand to chose. Theo was excellent, providing us with helpful advice along the way. Very knowledgeable and professional. We are very happy with our purchase and can only recommend getting a tub from here.

Having traveled from near Ballarat and genuinely ready to upgrade our current swim spa, we walked into the Dandenong showroom expecting a friendly and well informed sales representative. However, the person behind the desk did not offer us so much a greeting let alone any information on their products. He instead stared at us throughout our time in the shop, even when we walked into the dark room and tried and tested control panels on the display spas. We ended up literally doing our own thing and leaving the shop without any help from the sales representative. It begs the question that if they can not be bothered getting off their chair to try and help you before sales, how would their after sales service be like. We happily purchased our new spa elsewhere.

Super excited about my new swim spa. Purchase was made easy by the team, with Theo having an answer to all my questions. The showroom is fantastic and everything is tangable. They have the best pergola with electric roofs for a great price.  Really appreciate the help and advice from you guys!

We purchased a Jacuzzi from Spa World recently and the service given by Theo was excellent. Honest with no hidden costs or surprises. Competitive pricing with other shops we looked at. He also followed up after the sale to make sure everything was ok.

We called into Spa World Dandenong today and were helped by Theo, he answered all our questions and was nothing short of amazing. useless with warranty issues!!!! tried calling several times, no action done!!!! calling you everyday when you’re buying but with warranty issues, not even a single call!!!

Disinterested when it comes to warranty claims. First response took 10 days to respond to my email and didn't read the warranty claim issue Hot spring spa. Repeated attempts to contact them to try and fix problem have gone unanswered.
