My daughter and I had such a beautiful stay, thanks to the incredible love and service from Pauline. Her kindness and empathy made everything feel seamless, she truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Pauline’s warmth and care touched us deeply, and we’re so grateful. The rest of the staff were equally kind, professional, and attentive. It’s clear that this is a team that genuinely cares about their guests. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience.
Visiting a friend in hospital, this became my home away from home. Lovely staff, great facilities and I was upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment. Definitely recommend. I felt very safe here.
It's close to the shops and places to eat and the service desk lady was very friendly, funny and polite. The room we had booked hadn't been cleaned but we were given a replacement room of higher quality very quickly and we had access to Netflix for free on the TV in the lounge room.nnThe bed was disappointing however, it was just 2 single beds together that kept splitting apart while we tried to sleep, and there was no hand soap, just an empty box.nnOther than that it was a good experience
My husband and I stayed at Quest over the holiday break after some last minute travel changes, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service provided at a reasonable cost. The team were kind, patient, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed even at short notice. The property was clean, rooms were comfortable, and over the week I personally saw the Quest team putting effort into maintaining the quality for guests. I was really impressed that they went above and beyond even in such a busy time, and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
I just stayed at the Quest for 7 nights with my little Toy Poodle Willow. I must say how lovely it was. The building inside is so clean and my apartment was very clean and it felt like home.nA huge shout out to the amazing Manaz and Pauline for their outstanding hospitality. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone.
