Absolutely disappointing experience. We booked a room with just a double bed for $130. At check-in, the manager told us we had been given a bigger room but assured us the price would remain $130. The room included an extra single bed, which we neither requested nor needed.nnThe next morning at checkout, a different receptionist insisted on charging an additional $40 for the extra bed. I explained what the manager had told us at check-in, but he showed no interest in listening or resolving the issue. Instead, he was rude and unprofessional, refunded only $60 from our $100 bond, and dismissed our explanation entirely.nnPoor communication between staff and very disappointing customer service. We were charged for something we did not request and handled disrespectfully when we tried to explain.
DO NOT STAY HERE!nABSOLUTE FILTH! BED BUG INFESTATION! Mould,dirt,scum & god knows what else all over the walls. Underneath the side tables filthy. Shower pressure is very bad, underneath the beds is the worst I have ever witnessed! Well and truly over 2 years of dirt,hair,dust & rubish empty syringe packets. Spoke to reception after I examined the room to see if I could get my money back and go elsewhere even showed her videos and photos after explaining it she she offered to vaccum I said no that's going to make it worse! She called the manager the best they could offer was & $20 refund. Couldn't even move me to another motel I paid 140 for 1 night all I got was by $100 bond plus $20 back.
Very good motel great room and clean but the only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because,nnSo we booked out two twin bed rooms for a 3 night stay and let’s just say they bring a lot of different characters, on night one we hear a man banging on a door next to us to let him in at like 3 in the morning then night two we had a lady banging on everyone’s doors Because she forgot her key inside the motel and wanted a phone to contact the property manager and on night three we heard arguing and some sort of scuffing happening on the room to our right and the next morning the police were arresting a lady and a man so very dangerous for families would recommend for short stays but at night it says it on the door “LOCK YOUR DOOR AT ALL TIMES”
For a motel and the nightly rate they charge, the price is reasonable. The room was clean including the bathroom. No dust or mould. The chairs in the room probably could’ve used a good steam clean. It was quiet at night and there were no issues with other guests. Staff were friendly. Good location, everything is close by and there is a lot of parking. Only issue I had was that I booked a queen room + a triple room online and when I arrived I was told that I only paid for x2 queen rooms and had to pay extra $40 to upgrade 1 room to a triple.
Never again will I stay at this joke of a motel.nI booked anad paid for a room for 3 adults. When we arrived it was only set up for 2, so we had to go to reception, the get everything for the 3rd person. Then we checked the beds & the sheets looked liked they hadn't changed them from the last person.nThe pillows were that flat, that I had to roll it up to use it. The beds were like a slab of concrete. The shower was shocking with hardly any pressure, very small hand held shower head, soap dish was missing, so you had to hold your soap the entire time. Reception told me that you can just park anywhere, so I couldn't even park outside of my room, I had to park across the lot & carry the bags & other stuff some 40mtrs away.nEven the coffee was atrocious & the tea was like Chinese tea, very weak, even using 2 bags.nPlease do yourself a favour & book ANYWHERE else than here.nWhat shocking Christmas night.
