The hotel provides a comfortable and affordable stay for budget-conscious travelers. It offers a quiet and private environment, with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are well-maintained and the bathrooms are clean.
Black mold in bathroom that dripped along the ceiling from condensation of the shower. I became quite unwell and left my booking four days early.nnThe heater did not work and it was the middle of winter. The water was shut off the morning that I decided to abandon the booking.nnThere was only a small fridge in the room. No kettle, toaster or microwave let alone cutlery or a plate. The tea and coffee bowl that was useless was full of rubbish from used packets. In the first day I went to buy my own toaster and kettle.nnThe staff member that checked me in was incredibly rude and seemed to be on some sort of amphetamine. It was freezing cold yet sweat was dripping down his face. He was a very disturbing character and very defensive when I asked questions about the poor conditions. I didn’t have any bad experience with any other staff but I also chose to stay away from them after the first encounter.nnI was here by the grace of launch housing as I am awaiting repairs on my home and have no other option for accommodation. This business is taking advantage of the housing crisis by providing poorly kept, unsanitary, unsafe and inadequate rooms to people in need for $190 per night.nnMy experience is that they see guests such as myself that have come here for respite as sub human and not worthy of respect or clean accommodation. The conditions of this place are far below legal standards and they only get away with it because people are there out of necessity. It’s abhorrent and completely disgusting.nnThe guy that I met on day one told me if I don’t like it I can leave and he doesn’t care which was a shocking attitude to have. I was booked in for a week which means they received almost $1400 on my behalf. I understand that many people come through these places in all state of distress and dishevel and that must take a toll but if you aren’t qualified to work with people in need then clean your establishment, get it to a liveable standard and rent it as a proper hotel instead of wroughting the system.nnAll the good reviews are definitely fake.
This hotel deserves every bit of its 5-star rating. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff anticipated my needs and provided exceptional service throughout my stay. Impeccably clean rooms, luxurious amenities, and attention to detail at every turn. A truly unforgettable experience

I enjoyed the quiet ambiance, which allowed me to relax completely. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this peaceful haven provides the ideal escape.
Probably the worst place I’ve stayed as an adult. Not sure what the arrangement is but it felt like a drop in centre. I saw some entertaining people coming and going in the lobby but I’’m glad I did not have my family with me. The room wasn’t nice or clean. The street noise made it hard to sleep, it seemed there was a fire department across the road. I didn’t shower and left early. I’m gob smacked that there are any 5 star reviews. The photos I’ve seen do not even remotely look like the place I stayed at. I’d try your luck elsewhere unless you want to test out your immune system.nnEdit after owner response: I was working on the other side of town with someone who was already staying there they jokingly said it wasn't great and I said I didn't care I just needed to sleep. So after a long day painting we went back and they booked me in - they paid for it. I'm sure there are other valid reasons why someones name may not be recorded. I do have some video of fire engines from the window so I'm not sure what that's about.
