A nice and comfy stay, has all the basic stuff like iron, Ironing board, tea and coffee facilities, toiletries etc, but room decor feels a little older. Found the bar fridge a bit noisy so turned it off. Free parking in the underground parking lot. Buffet breakfast was nice. Staff is really friendly. Will recommended.

Wonderful and friendly staff who are a credit to the business. Buffet breakfast is fantastic especially the waffles they're amazing. However this isn't a five star hotel, toilet roll is only 1 ply, sheets are 180 thread count polyester, most of the gym equipment is broken and the hallways are dark and poorly lit. But once you get passed these things you find a very quaint and pleasant establishment with many charms. If you're ever staying in the area this is the place to stay. One note to management though, please tell your cleaners to be quieter. What's the point of a "I'm relaxing" sign on the door if all you can here are doors slamming and cleaners talking loudly for hours on end?

Very convinient location, clean and comfortable rooms, good value for money, happy to come back any time. Update.... Have been here now many more times and can't fault it, especially like to mention the front staff, always great service and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Working a little out of Dandenong i found no accommodation that suited what my own home offered me I can across the Encore and I have nothing but Praise for this place Simple but well set out rooms free parking and a great eat in Restaurant with the best Calamari entree Great service by everyone And a great place to relax after a long day at work Im working down this way for 5 months so its good to know i have a great place to relax after work Well done guys
