Keep your expectations in the basement and you won't be disappointed. Pros: it's affordable, there is a small shared kitchen facility available if needed, the AC was cold, free wifi weak signal though, there is plenty of parking but they want to charge you $5 a day- for parking in a suburban motel. There is no information about this during booking, only a sign at reception. I never paid.nThe negatives: my room was never cleaned once during my 1 week stay. I had to help myself to clean towels that were stored in the hallway. The room had mysterious stains and splashes everywhere that I didn't want to think too deeply about. I asked for another pillow, but couldn't get one. I had to extend my stay, when I enquired about keeping the same room they couldn't guarantee it. Which was fine. I packed up everything and left in the morning. When I returned at night, I was in the same room, but it had not even been cleaned. This was after a week stay. The rubbish was still in the bin.nI would not recommend staying here unless you are desperate- like I was.
Friendly staff very helpful, it is a good place to stay if you need a place to rest your head and go again. Room are clean small bath and toilet has good aircon tv, kettle fridge. Quiet as well. If your ocd like me just bring your own blankets and pillows although everything is clean but it makes me feel like im at home when i bring my own pillow
I guess one has to be prepared that you are staying at a budget hotel. So one has to manage your expectations. Expect a reasonable clean hotel room. The aircon, fridge, WiFi and heater were all working, so I am happy with that.
We arrived at 2:30am to find the room was very small and nasty, there was bug feaces on the pillow burn marks on the bed head the bathroom smelt disgusting, the aircon didn't work properly you couldn't turn the tv up or down and there were no power points next to the bed to plug in medical equipment.nWe left at 3am to stay at another hotel for around the same price and the difference between the two was was crazy.
Don't stay herennWhen checking in, the guy at reception was staring at the computer screen for about 5 minutes when I asked if there was a problem. He replied the room is not available. He then asked if I could wait 30mins, then he disappeared. 30mins later he said the room is ready!nThe room was like a prison cell.nAccor are damaging the brand being associated with this place.
