Friendly and helpful staff. My carers father stays here every time he down from interstate and always treated with utmost respect and kindness. Extremely pleasant service and restaurant is lovely. Food well cooked and at reasonable prices for what you get. My "step" father even has his own parking space as soon as his reservation is made. Highly recommended.

Good Afternoon Novotel Team Glen Waverley

I would like to express my thanks and appreciation for the service and care I received at Novotel Team Glen Waverly FROM 12/02/18 to 15/02/18.

Your staff did not disappoint me

It started with the the two ladies at the front desk ( Hannah and Pippa ) 
Greeting us with a big smile, and were quickly to help. They both had exceptional service, 
Service I Haven’t got at any other hotel I have stayed at for business and leisure.

The following day I had lost my Room Key Card and went to the front desk to get a new one 
And it was Pippa and Hannah that had remembered my room number and who I was, and I never had 
told them my name or given my room number.

That in my opinion, is customer services at its best
In our business trips we get the option to stay at the ibis or Novotel, and I will like you to know now my option will always be Novotel at Glen Waverley.

The hotel rooms are nice, the customer service is excellent and the food is good. There is a barista there so guests can order cafe  style coffee. The only thing I find weird is having water bottles in the room that are chargeable. I wish it was free although the tap water in Melbourne is drinkable so there are other options. 

The parking is not free and while there is free street parking, it is limited to 1.5 hours - 2 hours between 8am - 6/8pm.

Located right next to an incredible selection of restaurants, Novotel Glen Waverley provides time that are comfortable and well furnished. The breakfast is great and they offer barista coffee with breakfast.

Stayed 1 night on a business trip. Room is clean and modern, however unlike most hotels, there was no complimentary bottled water. Instead Mt Franklin was available for $4.50. Also no coffee/ tea.
Security can also be improved as my room on second floor didn't have a deadbolt.

Ordered room service: the lettuce on my $20 Caesar salad looked like 5 days old.
Parking was easy and checkout quick.
