I've stayed at a few hotels over the years for work and this is one of my more enjoyable experiences. The staff were lovely and the room was a good size and well maintained.nnIt's also a fantastic location for going to the cinema and shopping with a vast array of eateries and grocery stores if need.
Overall good hotel in nice location close to shops and restaurants. Front desk staff friendly and efficient.nRooms are pretty good, I had one of my shelves next to the bed a bit wonky and couldn't put anything on it. Not a fan of the shower in a bath setup.
Very poor customer service. Bad food, ended up with gastro. And the room was dirty. It's definitely not a four star hotel rating. Plus look at the other one and two star reviews. Ali who works there has no respect for his elders. I strongly believe a health inspector would shut this hotel down. Decided instead of extending our stay at the Novotel we went to crown towers. It was cheaper a lot more higher quality. Better location. The buffet was to a high standard not like at the Novotel. The staff were very helpful and professional. Good mini bar and aircon. TV over bath, plus very good size separate shower at the crown towers not like the unsafe shower over the bath at the Novotel.
On check in I was met with extremely courteous staff. Namely Mannoj who was very helpful.nThe room was clean and comfortable.nMy wife and I found that the shower over the bath was not good, given our medical condition.
My stay was lovely very pleasant staff.nThere was one gentleman who was very knowledgeable about PT systems that was valuable to me, he even came out the doors and showed me where the bus stop was as good daughter attended the site I was going to. Brilliant service.
