Not one to bother leaving a bad review usually, however this isn't the first time I have recieved an obviously not edible burger patty. Each time I have left feedback on the website/tried to contact the store to get a refund and have got no response. Mistakes are one thing, but when the patty is so clearly rock hard and black as charcoal. Someone has made the decision to still add that in a burger knowing better. It's pretty unacceptable when its been so consistant.
I feel like rating a franchise fast food joint is pretty lame. But my experience here was balls. Got my whole order wrong 2 burgers weren’t the same ones I’d ordered they forgot chips, you know, maybe small things, but I paid for that slop with my own money. Mr jack’s didn’t shout me. after waiting about 20 minutes, and I Understand they were busy, but do some quality control. Everything was squashed into a tiny bag which ruined the burgers, and because there was so much weight in there, when I got home the bag tore open and chips and onion rings went all over the road. Seriously. Hungry jack, you’re killing me.
Usually never have a problem with this Hungry Jacks. Today though I received a very burnt, inedible burger patty that's rock hard and the wrong drink
Today I have concerns. The packaging of my Memphis whopper burger was quite dirty. I've ordered from here on the past as my gf lives nearby. Normally they're fairly chill and relaxed but to receive packaging this is a starting to concern me. I have pics if management wants to see them
Absolute joke of a place. Was provided with a code to redem 2 missing meals which should have been included with our previous order - our kids meal was left out. Despite provided the staff with the message which was sent to us. The supervisor had no idea and was rude when we spoke to him. While burgers may be better at HJ the service is definitely NOT.
When you walk in, the floor is sticky. The Burger is okay. But the chips was over salted. How the heck am I suppose to put all these salt into my mouth.
had a drive through and yes took awhile but that's understandable because short on staff but beside that good service Unfortunately my chicken Royale wasn't GOOD. the bun was burnt , not enough lettuce and the only thing I could eat was chicken. could of went to a KFC than. not happyFood: 1/5
I've been living in the area about 8 years now. And I've been watching this store slowly degrade over that time. The owners should close it down or spend a fortune on a refurb and hiring staff at above the usual rate. It is Short staffed and / or just slow everytime I go there. Dirty machines obvious from the drive through window and flustered under trained staff making the purchase experience a negative one. The staff are ok, just not supported by management and the owners.
The service here was fine , but the burger I purchased looked nothing like what I saw on the menu and tasted quite bland. Quite a disappointment as I was hungry and looking forward to having burger after so long.
It is well located, you have parking. But it is not very clean and the guy who served us is not very nice. But the food is cheap and good.
