Just got home to open our bag of McDonald’s all we ordered was a large fries, 10 nuggets and a drink.nnThe “Large” fries was half empty and there were only 9 nuggets, don’t understand how you can fill a large fries half way and then happily chuck it in the bag and forget to count nuggets as well ‍
Disgusting, I ordered a wrap to come home and it was all a mess inside the bag. Went back to the store where the indian manager ignored my husband when he called out to him. I showed him the wrap and he said ill make you another one. I then spotted a kid making burgers with his long hair hanging out over the food. No hair net and was not tied back. I said to the manger I refuse for him to make my food as his hair is out everywhere. The manager then went over to look at the kid, he was a deer under head lights. Omg mate this is your staff wouldn't you know he had his hair hanging out at the start of his shift. This mcdonalds has got very bad. They need to be retained in safe food handling and also uniform presentation. There was also an indian girl with long hair down to her bottom, should have been tied up in a bun in a food environment. If I owned that store I'd really crack down on these kids. I guess in India they have no concept or hygiene so they don't really care.
May 10th 2024 drive thru service was ridiculous. In excess of 20 minutes to get thru to the pick up window from pulling in the driveway only to find the coffee was still not made.nnHow can you take this long and still not have the order ready? Also if orders aren’t ready have the drivers pull into the waiting bay rather than holding up the rest of the line.nnBeing stuck behind stinky cars waiting for food in a drive thru is not fun. Move them up if the foods not ready.
This was one of the nice Maccas.nnThe young person that served me did so in a professional manner, even explaining that if I kept my receipt I could pick up my coffee as I left so it wouldnt go cold. Thankyou Caleb.nWe like it when we stop somewhere on our travels around Australia and we get good service.nTo management you have a really lovely crew please make sure they feel appreciated
As a visitor, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and happy faces. Staff were all respectful. The only downside was a slight issue with cleanliness in the seating area. However, this was remedied. Thank you!
