I have gone through the drive-in three times in the last four days and have only ordered a Biscoff storm.nFirst time a gentleman with a blue turban served me and the Biscoff storm was perfect with caramel and crumbs and a full container of ice cream.nThe second time I went through a young man served me and I just had ice cream and crumbs…no caramel sauce.nPer time I went through a young girl served me who couldn’t understand what I was asking for with the Biscoff storm. She was Australian and I got ice cream around the side of a cup with a big hole in the middle and some crumbs.nSo sick of paying $6.50 approx. for a three-quarter of a cup of Biscoff  Storm with no caramel sauce.nRude service from the two young Australians as well!  Won’t be returning so sick of wasting my money I’m getting served by people who don’t give a damn!

order on the app 5 minutes before I arrive, order is never ready ever. Always have to go to waiting bay and wait 10 minutes extra for “ fresh “ cooked food even when the food comes out cold. It takes me 2 minutes to make a coffee at work, but takes these people over 5 minutes.

Came through the drive-thru late Sunday night 22nd March around 9:30pm with my partner, and honestly I am beyond angry about the way we were treated. From the moment we placed our order and while we were waiting, it was clear in their behaviour and attitude that we were not welcome. We were polite and respectful the entire time, which makes the way we were treated even more frustrating.nnThe staff on shift, including a blonde manager and her coworker, were unbelievably rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. The attitude was disgusting — no basic manners, no respect, nothing. We were made to feel like an inconvenience for simply ordering food.nnTo make it even worse, the food was absolutely terrible. The chicken tenders and rib were dry, overcooked, and basically inedible. We couldn’t even finish it, which is just a waste of money.nnThis was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Absolutely unacceptable. I will never be coming back to this location in Newcomb again.

Food was delicious and hot, tables really needed to be cleaned so people could sit down to cleanliness. The girl yelling out to other staff for orders was amazing but the girl on the phone while others were doing things be careful cause you never know who may be watching you.  Maybe put the phone away in a different place instead of your pocket.  Otherwise a good service.

I had a really great experience at Hungry Jack’s Newcomb recently, about half an hour before closing. I ordered a simple meal — a Chicken Royale and fries — and politely asked if it could be made fresh.nnThe manager, Taylaa, was absolutely amazing. She didn’t hesitate at all and was so kind and professional about it. She checked with the kitchen and made sure my order was cooked fresh without making me feel awkward or rushed, even though it was close to closing time.nnHonestly, this level of customer service really stood out to me. I’ve been to this Hungry Jack’s many times before, but I’ve never experienced such a positive and welcoming attitude. Taylaa’s service genuinely made my night, and she deserves recognition for how well she treats customers.nnThank you, Taylaa — keep up the great work!
