I ordered a long black today and was extremely disappointed with what I received—it contained coffee grinds, which made it undrinkable and left me feeling sick afterward. To make matters worse, I had already called out the rude attitude of the drive-through staff while placing my order, and now I can't help but question whether that impacted the quality of the drink I was served. This experience was unacceptable and far below the standard I expect. I hope this issue is investigated and addressed appropriately. Attaching the time and transaction date.

The service was prompt and efficient, even during the busy lunch hour.nnThe restaurant itself was spotless, with tables cleaned promptly and the entire space well-maintained. The layout made it easy to find a comfortable spot to sit and enjoy my meal.nnSpeaking of the meal, the food was freshly prepared and tasted great. My burger was warm, perfectly assembled, and packed with flavor, while the fries were golden and crispy – exactly how they should be. It was evident that the team took pride in maintaining high standards for both service and food quality.nnOverall, the atmosphere was pleasant, with a clean and inviting space that made the visit enjoyable. Decided to grab a coffee for a quick break, but I got a real buzzkill—there was a fly in my coffee! I only realized it after taking a sip, and it was absolutely disgusting .nnI even took a peek at the coffee-making area and was shocked by how filthy and unsanitary it was . In situations like this, you’d expect a responsible person to step in and address the issue, but no one did ‍. Honestly, it turned into a comedy of errors. nnReally disappointed in the overall lack of hygiene and customer care. If you’re looking for a safe, clean cup of coffee without any surprise protein, steer clear.
Nobody to take an order, food was cold and not even wrapped in its packing properly. Will not be back, Maccas is not what it once was.
Went through the drive thru in Geelong and the service was great. Quick, friendly, and efficient. The only let down was the coffee which really needs some work. Everything else was spot on but if they can lift the coffee quality it would be an easy five stars
