Went through the drive-through and asked for a large sundae. Received a cup half filled.When questioned the girl, she told me that was a large size.nI'm not sure they think that the amount given is the same size of a 50 cent cone, and they charge 10 times the amount for that large size.nNot good customer service and phone calls. No one responded went to voice mail, which was full.nThe amount of stars this store has says it all.
Omg my first BAD review of a macas. So it must be the worst ive ever had . Large latte was just over 1/2 full. But the lady topped it up with the leftover milk when I when I took it back. But the bacon cheesburger. I bit into it to find something rock hard almost like plastic... it was once bacon. I took it back to the manager who gave no appologies just grabbed it and took it away. And replaced it with another. Not even Im sorry about that. Could have given to the dog as a chew toy for the next few months.‍nPoor service
Disgusting experience. Walked in and instantly wanted to leave. Should have left. But the kids were hungry.nAll tables were stacked with rubbish.nWent outside and asked the girl who was wiping the tables if she could wipe down our table. She ignored us and went inside.nBins were overfilled.nToilets were gross. Smelt like urine, toilet seat broken. Spit on the floor.nGot our food. Fries were cold - asked the girl for a fresh batch and she had the biggest attitude.nWhat a let down to end our day trip to Geelong.nA good reminder to read the reviews before stepping foot into a restaurant.nManagement need to sort this restaurant out. Someone call the health department.
Their must be a new manager at nights. The place was a dump. rubbish everywhere, bins full and overflowing. I used to go to the Maccas at night fairly often whoever was managing then clearly had a higher respect for the job than this one does. Also suddenly, again, the computers were needing a period of down time, and I could not be served for 5 minutes, but probably end up being hour at least. No one was watching the front counter, I would have ended up waiting for hours had I not got someones eye from the back area. Higher rating on food because I think the guy I have seen working there at the food prep area, as good as Maccas food gets.
