The entire place was DISCUSTING ! Food poured and spills of thick shakes infrount of bin we were there for over 40 minutes I had mentioned the filth when we were ordering - to waiting for it and eating it . They did not clean any of it up - the swearing and a fight broke out from patrons well and truly knowing there’s small children around. The lady who I mentioned it to about the apparent filth had egnored me TWO times that I had mentioned it,nnHorrified
Be aware there’s a time limit for when you walk from the counter to the bathrooms where it will lock you out. Painful for everyone, not to mention the state of the females toilets plus no soap in the dispensers in the bathrooms. Yuck.
The service was excellent, and my order was prepared very quickly. When my food was served, the staff member was very friendly, and several employees kindly said goodbye as I was leaving. The food was fresh and delicious. The tables and floors were clean, and the food preparation area was well maintained with no visible mess. Overall, the restaurant was extremely clean and provided outstanding service.
Had to wait ages for ‘fast’ food. Coffee was made quickly and food took very long, so coffee was cold by the time food was ready. Lots of staff just standing around but other staff working quickly and diligently. Our kids happy meals were missing their sauces, and the manager started standing there telling the staff off for forgetting the sauces. Then proceeded to grab the sauces. It would have been more professional to quickly grab the sauces first for us and then remind staff about it without arguing in front of customers. Not the nicest McDonald’s, not kid friendly and lots of teenagers causing trouble.
Firstly ordering took forever ,no mayo in any burger including all my mates, drinks were half full, hair in ice cream and bread was stuck to patty meat.
