Ordered a mcsmart meal and a chicken snack wrap and they told me to wait in the waiting bay, which I waited in for 15 minutes just to get my cold food cheese not even melted on the cheeseburger, completely forgot to add the chips with my food and it was so dry and no sauce on it and I will NEVER return because how can you mess up a simple order like that. After 15 minutes aswell it’s not like they didn’t have all the time to add my chips. So much for fast food even a fine dining restaurant could pump food out quicker than these clowns.
Not overly happy with the fact toilets are locked, when I asked to take my 3 year old after I ordered food and was told I couldn’t unless I ordered! I had ordered but was still refused the toilets.. the toilets are now locked for the reason of them not being trashed or destroyed by people who aren’t ordering.. the state of the bathroom now is disgraceful. Unsure why they have locked them if they’re still gonna be disgusting anyway
Firstly ordering took forever ,no mayo in any burger including all my mates, drinks were half full, hair in ice cream and bread was stuck to patty meat.
