I couldn't find the authentic Malaysian taste in any restaurant in Melbourne city centre that styles itself as serving Malaysian food. It took a trip to Geelong city centre for me to find one of the cleanest places serving some of the tastiest Malaysian food on par with KL and Singapore standards. The Muslim ladies serving were erudite, well educated and had beautiful manners. This is a proper Halal restaurant serving proper Malaysian cuisine which is excellent news for students living in Geelong. For the price, quality and customer service they deserve a 5 star. So if you are travelling through Melbourne and feel terribly sick of Western food and dying for the taste of Malaysia/Singapore go to Southern Cross station and be willing to pay $18 return fare on your Myki (adult non peak hours) to grab a train to Geelong for some real food.

Great food. Friendly staff. Charitable, as they give food for homeless people once in a week. Good luck and keep up the great work!
