Absolutely appalled by tonight's order 11.95 for 5 completely inedible dry and burnt chicken tenders which taste like they have been in the warmer for 3 hours. And they didn't put the sauce in. Disgraceful
Lovely joint when you need a lovely Australian Fast Food place to eat and drink and well coffee there is probably better than the International Roast Coffee type but yeah everyone's different and i love their Spicy Fried Chicken Burger and a bit of a mild kick to it if you love spicy food and chicken but yeah they also have plant based options now too and i love their Onion rings too plus a good alternative if you love veggies of the Onion type and yep i cannot complain really and one thing i would love to see on their menu one day is something that has Tabasco sauce maybe and the meal i had there today was heavenly and it took me back to the time when it first began since well 1971 as some might say too.
I had wanted to order at the front counter as I wanted to use my employee discount, the lady had refused service to me due to it being “too busy” so I just ordered on the kiosk, when I had received my order they had given me a milky iced coffee and when I went back to ask for a replacement the lady had given me a dirty look and rolled her eyes, she had given me a refund on the drink due to the coffee grinder not working, then when we sat down to eat they had given us a completely wrong tender wrap they gave us a barbecue tender wrap with a tiny bit of pepper sauce in there when I had ordered 2 pepper tender wraps not 2 barbecue ones.nThe lady at the counter had a south Asian descent, more specifically the manager on shift, she had refused service to us but continued to take other people’s orders after we waited about 5 minutes before she told us to use the kiosk. The manager who was on front counter had a nasty attitude and had no respect or customer service skills whatsoever. She needs to be fired.nnIf I could give 0/5 stars I would
Super impolite to start with.nThey forgot my nuggets so I went back and told them exactly that. Lady kept saying “I don’t see your order on the system” what? I was here 20 minutes ago. The lady yells at her coworker for no reason and storms off and eventually comes back with my nuggets. No apology whatsoever. Not even a half apology. Pathetic behaviour from grown adults
The burgers are definitely better at Hungry Jacks...my goodness there is absolutely no comparison with the burgers from maccas...taste, look and SIZE. And the soft serve at least you can see it in the cone...nStaff are lovely. Will recommend.
