They say the burgers are better at Hungry Jacks and they're often right. This place is pretty good! Off a major road so the atmposhere is not incredible - not a lot of care is taken with keeping the dining area clean, but the staff are always busy so its probably hard. This place is as good as any other venue - speedy service and yum food.
The burgers were good. Fries were nice crunch and nice salt. But the experience with staff was 50/50. For initial part, they were courteous and acceptable of request's, i had ordered from app due to discounts - when i requested change of drink it was accepted also similar on wrap type as the order wasn't in making. My daughter felt she wanted bit Mayo on wrap and made the mistake of requesting, the staff took it and checked with Cook, then binned the wrap and said it will be replaced, then with sour looks and whispers they gave us wrap, which was Mayo dipped and unedible, which soured the complete experience for me.
Regular customer, and I've noticed your weekend overnight staff offer cold, reheated food. Mostly great. This review literally reflects weekend overnight staff. Get it together and stop forgetting items as well as making orders far before drivers arrive. We're tired of cold cold food..
3rd time this has happened to me over the span of 2 months going to this Hungry Jacks joint, I ordered a meal and a large fries on the side with sauces. I get told to pull up to the side, wait 8 minutes just for there to be no extra fries and no sauce in my bag, I’m not sure how hard it is to screw it up. You look at a screen, put the stuff inside it. It cannot be that hard to miss a monitor and the writing on it? Definitely won’t be going back there again. It is my fault for not looking inside and confirming, but I shouldn’t have to think about doing that if the workers just followed simple instructions. Early morning no others cars In there so there definitely wasn’t any sort of rush.
Where is the warm sticky date? It’s cold. Also the gooey caramel sauce? Literally taken out of a box and thrown into the packet. What a joke. Just call it a muffin ‍
