Had Veg Burger at Hungry Jacks after a long time. Absolutely loved it. Much better than I had last time.
I don’t know the guys name, but the gentleman working in drive through at around 11 o’clock tonight was absolutely an amazing worker. Every time I’ve come through and he’s been there, my food comes quick, with a smile and he never seems to be having a bad time. Super friendly and always on his own when I come through! Good job to whoever you are, deserves a raise!
How in the Hell does this place still exist? It should be illegal to sell the dog food that they are selling here. I ordered the pop’n feast bundle. The chips were good. I think The whoppers we’re last years model. The chicken Royale was a little cold chicken puck with half a teaspoon of sauce between a rubbish bun. I am seriously stunned at the incompetence and audacity to sell this crud to customers. I tried to call the store to complain and it was a message saying “ no one is available to take my call”. Thanks Dungy jacks for giving me a new purpose in life, to warn everyone I come across to avoid this abomination of a place. I hate having to waste food and money but thanks to you, this is exactly what I had to do, money thrown away and food thrown in bin.
Food was OK, wasn't hot and had hardly any toppings on the burgers except excessive amounts of onions. We dined in which was a mistake as the tables, chairs and EVERYTHING was filthy. Toilets in bathroom were broken, no soap, hand dryer didn't work and no hand towels. Wouldn't recommend.Food: 3/5
My burger had -mold- on the bottom bun.. took it back to the store to show them, they missed the point about how seriously dangerous that was and were only interested in refunding for the burger only. They were more worried about saving $40 than potential food poisoning.
The girl from a cashier is so rude! She didn't even bothered to give me the fries that I bought from the screen order machine. Warning, do not order in their screen machine because it doesn't provide a receipt.
There's very little reason for the burgers to not be better at Jack's. Alas alack my Burger is mildly warm and dry. The chips were hotter and better than the Burger. The 'bacon' like thing in the Burger was limp and pale pink. I remember why the last time I had Jack's was 3yrs ago.
Trash food disabled people prepare food better can’t cook poor service rude employees and they never answer their phone to take a complaint so therefore the whole hungry jacks franchise is done in my town they can leave the easy way or the hard way their choice
Ordered food only to receive old fries and server didn’t close the drink properly spilling half of the contents to myself and into the car. Burgers are okay.
Bit light on the sauce but quick service, as we walked in and ordered some stores take their time with instore customers. food was hot and fresh
