I went through drive through at 11:32am on 07/01/2026 and the older lady working the drive thru was EXTREMELY nice! Best customer service my partner and I have recieved from fast food in a long time! It’s 42 degrees today and the workers must be absolutely dying but in spite of all that, she stayed incredibly nice and the other lady that gave us out food was nice too!

I usually don’t leave reviews unless the service is actually horrible. We asked three separate employees - two of which could not understand our request for an item. And the third was at the counter who ended up ignoring us completely. I understand Macca’s can be quite busy but please train your staff to at least understand and acknowledge your customers. Btw we were simply asking for an extra lid so nothing complicated.

I swear every single time I order for delivery they always without doubt forget something, but this time it went to far, there’s nothing like being delivered raw chips it’s as if they sat in the deep fryer for two seconds and then got shoved into a bag!! By far the worst McDonald’s in Geelong!!

Just been through the driveway, been refused service as my sister in the car in front was paying for me! The “manager” was so rude and arrogant towards myself and my sister in her car. Never again will I be returning to this store! Every other McDonald’s and fast food change allows you to pay for another car behind you! Poor service by this store and the said manager

Got a Medium Almond milk iced latte with an extra shot and no sugar syrup, through the drive through at 3:30pm. Instead got a cup of straight almond milk. Coffee was so weak that it wouldnt even count as 1 shot, even though I asked for an extra shot. Had to go in store and ask for it to be remade, just for it to taste even worse.
