I swear every single time I order for delivery they always without doubt forget something, but this time it went to far, there’s nothing like being delivered raw chips it’s as if they sat in the deep fryer for two seconds and then got shoved into a bag!! By far the worst McDonald’s in Geelong!!
This is the third time now that I have ordered fries from here and this is how many I got.nThis is not okay. The manager was too busy yelling at everyone and nearly through them out the window to me.
Ordered a double cheeseburger no modifications, but got a cheeseburger with bacon and no sauce. Normally food is good here but order is rarely correct
Not sure on which end the problem lies, but I made an order through uber eats - 40 minutes later, it gets cancelled. Made a second order - almost 50 minutes, gets cancelled again.
I had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s. The customer service was awful—staff were rude and unprofessional, and it felt like they couldn’t care less about their customers. On top of that, the wait times were ridiculous. I had to stand around for ages just to get a simple order, and even then, it wasn’t prepared properly. It seemed like the staff were more interested in chatting with each other than actually doing their jobs. This location seriously needs better management and training. Definitely not coming back anytime soon!
