I had ordered food from here using the menu log app  my entire order was wrong both subs were wrong and the drinks were wrong, my receipt clearly shows what we ordered so I don’t under stand why we got different topping on our sub that we didn’t want. I have tried to contact the store multiple time and have tried and hour later but still no one will pick up the phone so that we can resolve the issue very disappointed a $26 sub thrown away due to my partner being allergic to capsicum

The young lady today that served me today doesn't know what customer service is. I had to say hello to her, she was very quiet and didn't smile. The vegetables in the trays looked like they'd been sitting out there for days. Then she used a knife that came from dirty water. The actual sandwiches were mediocre. Won't be going back, kind of regret ordering should have gone to KFC next door.

I've visited the place twice and encountered the same issue both times. The staff should be more aware of the importance of changing gloves between handling vegetarian and non-vegetarian items. On my first visit, I ordered a vegetarian footlong, and the staff member used the same gloves for non-vegetarian items and was about to do the same for my order until I requested a change. The same situation occurred during my second visit with different staff. It's crucial to train your staff on proper food handling and hygiene practices to address this significant lapse.

Teenager doing her best to give good service. Older female lady looks miserable, and what is up with the dirty water they keep the knives in to cut your sandwhich.Food: 1/5

Can barely hear girls behind counter because Sidhu Moose Wala is blasting so loud bean squeeze next door would hear it, girls are chatting to each other and laughing with silly looks on their faces while my foot long is going cold, after being ignored the whole way down the counter I’m charged full price for a footlong with the most minimal toppings humanly possible, food was subpar and customer service may as well be non existent.

Only go there if you like listening to Punjab top 40 at full volume and you’re not too worried about getting minimal salad on your Foot long.Food: 2/5

Good for a quick bite. On the way and easy to drop into. Found it odd they said they close at 8:30pm Sunday but their website and signage says 9pm...

Worst customer service. Poor work ethics. Rushed to make the order.
