Tables and floor around them were not cleaned. It was very messy. Was shocked to see the filth. Staff were really busy, but polite. Ordering machines like the ones in McDonald's would really help.

Eggshell in muffin, toasty was thinner than the packaging paper it came in. Coffee tasted more water than coffee. Best items were hashbrowns and maple syrup.

The staff are useless,don't know what going on around them and in Victoria. Don't have popular jumbo frozen coke. Worst store ever.

It seemed like a 12year old behind the counter , couldn't hear a word he said , He didn't take his blue gloves off at all so money handling then food handling probably the slowest service i have ever had it took nearly 15 minutes to get a simple coffee , so glad i didn't order a meal ..lift your game Hungry Jacks

Very slow service, sat in the drive through for over 4 1/2 minutes... when I finally got my food, they had left half of it out... tried calling multiple times over the next few hours but they never answered the phone, even at 10pm! My advice is wait for an extra 10 minutes and get your grub at the highway loung at Werribee turnoff!
