I gave order 2 vegitarian pizza but one i got veggi and one i got chiken after going hone i chek it and come back and then i explained one of the staff member his name is rupesh he talk to us very rudly i requested to owner please gave him lesson how to give a good customer services it not think about like one pizza we all are human so everyone doing the mistake but he need to accept it and im leving in armstrong creek and i came from there i west my time 2 hours. Everyone behave sensible manner but accept the rupesh that’s it.before i used to coming every week but now never visit to store.Thank you
Their pizzas are always the best but their service is exceptional. Tonight I mixed up one of my pizzas on their app by mistake and sent it back thinking it was their mistake. When I realised I called them and told them not to worry because I made the mistake and they insisted on sending me what I had meant to order in the first place. Great service and excellent pizza as always.
Pizza was good, was delivered before it was meant to so that was good. Price was great. My only complaint is that I ordered the Hersheys choc chip cookie but they sent brownies instead which was disappointing.
Last minute decision as we haven't eaten, it fast, fresh and hot. And very price friendly. Family of 4 for under $35 we were all happy.
Just now got a pizza worst pizza ever, thrown into the bin. If option to give minus rating would have given thatnnThe staff working is so rude no customer service no etiquettes. Pizza hut should look for their staff and the service they providing.
