Loved this place! We had dinner here tonight for our anniversary and we weren't disappointed. Walking in its warm and cosy. We were greeted by a lovely staff member who showed us to our table which was right in front of an open fire place. We ordered our drinks and our food which was a shared nachos, burrito bowl and enchilada. Everything tasted amazing! I honestly could not complain about anything. Food, service and atmosphere was wonderful. Thank you for a great night.

Have eaten here a few times over the years, the food is very bland but also has some odd flavors in the tacos. The venue is okay for catching up with some friends as a central meeting point.nThe wings sauces was far too sweet with the coating tasting like it was done after they were cooked. The odd corn chutney salad with the chicken was not good pairing of flavors. The beef was okay, quite overcooked and sloppy, with the shredded meat dissolving in your mouth.nTastes like fast food.nReasonably priced food, staff were lovely, not a huge fan of the flavors and quality of the food.

Stumbled across The Mex and had a good experience. Ordered the Chef's Choice, which included delicious quesadillas, sesame chicken, and chicken fajitas. For $40 per person, I was expecting more variety and extra corn chips. The frozen margaritas were excellent! Friendly staff and great atmosphere - would recommend!

I don’t know if management has recently changed or kitchen staff, however our order tonight was really disappointing.nThe kids chicken tenders and chips portion size has shrunk to half what it used to be. The container was less than half full.nThe flour tortillas were also tiny. I’ll attach a photo next to a fork for size reference.nThe Taquitos did not come with the separate serving of condiments which made them dry and hard.nThe salsa for the tacos was extremely chunky and full of raw onion which my children would not eat.nVery disappointing order.

5 stars, I’d give 6 if I could. Possibly the best place I’ve ever eaten at, period. Service was prompt and lovely, the atmosphere and the vibe of the actual place/building was great - very Mexican. And the food, I was left speechless. The nicest, cleanest Mexican I’ve ever had. Would return in the future and pass this place along to friends and family.
