I had a fantastic experience thanks to one of the crew members at KFC Rusty. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, polite, and genuinely attractive. They took my order quickly and accurately, offered helpful suggestions, and made sure everything was fresh and packed properly. What stood out most was their positive attitude—even during a busy time, they remained calm, friendly, and focused on giving great customer service. It's clear they take pride in their work, and it really made my visit enjoyable. KFC is lucky to have such a reliable and dedicated team member!
The restaurant eating area was filthy, we proceeded to order and just looking in to the kitchen was also filthy with chips all over the counter then being scooped up and placed back into the warmer. The service was non existent at the front counter with one staff member walk out, turn around go back in just to sit down and play on his phone. At that point we decided to eat elsewhere! We were in there between 7:20 to 7:30pm.
Exceptional customer service and quality food. The two young gentleman that served me were very polite and attentive to my special needs. Thank you so much KFC Ocean Grove for improving my day.

Best worker at KFC. Her name is Jazz down at the Ocean Grove store.nShe was shy but very polite and very Helpful. Even when she went out to wipe down the tables she did it with pride and did it properly, not like many other works I have seen in KFC.nThis young girl definitely should be recognised by the management team,nWorkers like this is what keeps customers coming back.nMe and my family came in at 24/05/2025 around 1:30pm
