Just like any hungry jacks. Needs work on cleanliness but like most fast food joints. Can be busy being close to two busy roads and close to the UNI.24 hour service great place to get FAST food. Still trying to walk through the drive through after 1AM as doors close at that time. can sometimes use coupons twice which is nice. Not a fussy fussy joint. Hope this comment will not hurt the joint. LOL

Overall good experience but I was not completely satisfied with two things. One being the cleanliness of the tables and second being the food was not warm enough. Although it is surely a place with value for money.

Great corner location on two busy roads. Can be busy during semester dates of Deakin specially around lunch time or school finish times. Plenty of parking available. Can be a hassle to turn right from Elgar road during school peak times. Better to use entry from Burwood highway at those times.

Gets my order wrong almost every time because the whoever is in charge of drive thru orders is either 1. half deaf 2. not paying attention to the order or 3. not trained properly. They also don't know how the shake to win app works. >_

despite a practically empty restaurant there was only one clean bench to eat at, the wait for our meal was long by industry standards and we were missing a burger. once advised of the missing burger we where first told it was in the bag, on further insistance we were then told that it was because there was chips missing from the meal and that was the cause of the wait before it was immediatly procured from the service area with a distinct lack of extra chips. I've been sitting here for a total of 40 minutes and our table is still the only clean one. despite all this the food tasted fresh, having waited long enough for them to slaughter the meat though this was expected.
