I do buy hungry jacks brekky 4-5 times in a week today I had my brekky in another location ham toastie, hash brown and coffee I got free coffee coz I do drink coffee there almost everyday. Today my order was horrible, Toastie just not toasted at all just one cheese inside and 3 hams folded with some oily stuff rubbed outer bread I just dumped my food.. but the coffee was nice same as other days.. I recommend all the customers to open the order and have a look before leave the location.. staff who handed the order very nicely spoken with welcoming face.. but I do care quality of my food not anything else..

I ordered a Vegan Whopper through the Hungry Jack’s app, picked it up, and went home—only to realize I was given a beef burger instead. I immediately went back, but the store had already closed. After knocking multiple times, someone finally opened the door and listened to my issue.nnThey agreed to remake my order, and I waited over 15 minutes for it. When I finally received my food and got home, it was beef again! How can the same mistake happen twice for the same order? This isn’t just frustrating—it’s incredibly careless, especially when dealing with dietary preferences and restrictions.nnI wasn’t about to go back for a third time, but this experience makes me seriously question the staff’s attention to detail.
A small-ish busy little place. Convenient drive through but if you are planning to turn right onto Elgar Rd, I think you should reconsider it as there is no 'keep clear' sign in this very busy intersection. Playground and party room available.nnThe family meal deals are good value.nnYou can order from the kiosks also.nnLimited car parking.nnStaff do make their rounds to keep the place clean.
Staff members here dont know how to get the most BASIC of orders correct, let alone answer a phone.nAfter calling numerous times, staff member answered the phone with no reply and kept themselves on mute.nThey either need copipus training or firing, possibly the worst, most incapable and incompent workers Ive ever witnessed.
