I ordered the coke they gave me a cup of water with ice. The water smells like detergent.
Been here a few times for my strong almond latte and coffee has always been great. Chips nice and hot. One of the smaller Maccas so getting a table can be tricky in the busier periods
Received wrong order. Receipt clearly ripped off. Looks like someone driver or staff has tried to hide their mistake of mixing up orders. Very dodgy. To add more salt to wound, I received some psychopath's 'Big Mac', which was literally just meat and tomato sauce. No special Big Mac sauce, no onion, no pickle, no lettuce. Just meat, cheese and tomato sauce.
One of the worst McDonald’s out there. Everything from staff, cleanliness, and food - absolutely no care. Orders are often wrong, buns and chips are half packed or half combined together. Floor is always disgusting. If you order delivery it’s a lucky dip. Maccas has been in this location since I can remember - but in recent years it has completely gone to hell.
Anika is honestly amazing! I’ve had bad experiences with this particular McDonalds before and Anika was just different, offering amazing customer service skills. Shout out to you, will definitely be coming back
