Ordered godfather, supreme and Hawaiian with 2x pepperoni. What we received was 3 cold pizzas, a sweet, cheese heavy flovourless, no spice godfather, cheese pizza with 3 olives, 5 pieces of ham, 2 pieces of capsicum and not much else supreme and a cheese pizza with 5 pieces of pineapple, 1/4 handful of ham and 5 pieces of pepperoni. We called the restaurant to try to resolve the issues with our order and were offered 1 free pizza on our next order... Really? Not good enough Domino's Bentleigh, do better! You charged additional for ingredients that were not added to our pizzas, missed order notes and didn't even provide what would be bare minimum if ordered straight from your menu... If you can't do this, you should not be trading. ***UPDATE: Store manager offered to pick up all 3 pizzas and refund us for only 1... Is he joking? I'd rather throw out all 3.
There’s a reason why I don’t order dominos and never will again. I placed an order with extras which seems it was too difficult to comprehend, how can you put 3 pineapple pieces on a Hawaiian??? further I got a couple of pepperoni pieces on my double pepperoni pizza. DON’T ORDER FROM THEM.
I ordered a large BBQ meat lovers. When it arrived I was shocked at how tiny this pizza was, in a tiny box. It was literally half the size I expected for a $20 pizza. No wonder none of my friends use Dominos any more.
Staff never know much about your chicken bites but once I explain it to them they get it right and they are very tasty. I used the dine out option as you can't eat inside the shop but they provide a couple of tables out on the footpath.
0Paid extra for x2 extra pepperoni and to only discover 5 pieces of salami. Called the store, what a joke! Offered to pick up the pizzas. Picked the pizzas up with no resolution. Pizza was cold. Stay away from this store
Ordered takeaway Indi chicken tikka, found out spring onions missing. Went back to store again to be told that we don’t put spring onions on that pizza anymore. Website says otherwise. Come on domino’s Just fill the pizza with the ingredients mentioned.
Hit & miss with Dominos. They have cut back on toppings and have raised the prices. Don't appreciate not having prices online or on your boards in store . What is it with cutting the pizza into irregular slices???
