When my kfc arrived from uber eats. I opened the box and I wasn't happy about it. The chicken looked uninviting to eat... Not sure how you can service chicken like this!!! The oil needs to be changed clearly. Wasn't nice either. Taste like old oily chicken. Please stay away from this kfc in ormond !! Or someone send the food and safety team to check out the store.
Very good service however the car park was very tight with the drive through lane running through the car park area. I went at lunch time and the drive through was quite long and I had trouble pulling into the car park until others had moved on. While in line for the drive through the line up was blocking all available in store parking.
Ordered a 3 piece hot and crispy and the chicken was barely bigger than a 50 cent coin. At least it was cooked to their usual standard.
This KFC needs a badly needed upgrade, toilets were dirty, tables not cleaned properly, burger was hot chips were cold. Don’t think I would visit again. Staff member was efficient enough and friendly, but otherwise it’s a no go from me.
Not sure if the staff here know how many legs a chicken have? After going through the drive through and asking for ten pieces of chicken, then asking for a couple of legs included please. I get one leg out of ten??? Manager needs to re educate these people at the windows??? If not sure google how many legs do chickens have???
