This is our second time having food here. The cleanliness is very poor, and the customer service is also bad. The manager does not take responsibility and does not listen to customers. The floor was messy for over an hour—disgusting.
Literally the worst Hungry Jacks you'll ever go to. Embarassingly bad. Wrong drinks put in our order, food was stone cold we only live 5 minutes away, so it wasn't the drive back, the chip packets were left flat so they could put less chips in see photo, the drinks we did get were 1/3 empty, the angry onions were soggy. I've seen this behaviour before, its stingy owners making their staff cut costs by ripping off the customers. So so so so embarrassing, it's giving me second-hand embarrassment.
Had a Storm Oreo. It was rock solid, likely frozen for a long time. When i went to get it changed, received another with the ice cream only on the sides of the cup and empty from inside
Always a good visit. Great selection of burgers and drinks. Plant based whopper as well. Quick drive through section. 2 entrances into the seated area and a small outdoor seating area. Plenty if parking. Open 24 hours makes it handy. Jamie and Fred seem to like their coffees which are quite affordable.
i went through this hungry jacks on Jan 3 at night and it was one of the BESt experiences i have ever had! the drive thru staff were lovely and made sure i had everything i needed and got my order just the way i asked for it... something you dont see everyday! fast food is definitely a high pressure environment but these workers, who were also quite young, were doing a great job and working very efficiently.
