Hungry Jack’s Oakleigh is a convenient spot for a quick bite, especially with its drive thru and late hours. Food quality can be hit or miss sometimes fresh and tasty, other times inconsistent. Service is generally decent, but mistakes with orders can happen. Overall, it’s a standard fast food experience: affordable, quick, but not always reliable.
Came here for a late dinner, had to go through drive through that’s completely fine. However from the get go, the wrong order was put through multiple times, having to correct the order on numerous occasions. When we got to the pay window I paid with cash and was given the incorrect change, not the end of the world, I corrected them and got the remainder of my change. It took approximately 15 minutes for our food, and once we got it, the order was wrong. I double checked the order when we got to the pay window, before paying. Once we got our food, we got a rib deluxe burger among other things, the rib deluxe had one sorry piece of meat in it aswell as not having any tomato or lettuce and only one patty rib deluxe is meant to have 2. Definitely won’t be back as this was a waste of money and time.
This is our second time having food here. The cleanliness is very poor, and the customer service is also bad. The manager does not take responsibility and does not listen to customers. The floor was messy for over an hour—disgusting.
Had Lydia serve me while it was busy her skill and coordination to still maintain high costumer serve even though I can sense she was undergoing alot of stress due to the high volume of costumers was amazing! Her professionalism is some of the best I have ever been met with. I would go as far to say It has been the top 3 best costumer service experiences in my long 47 years of life!
Literally the worst Hungry Jacks you'll ever go to. Embarassingly bad. Wrong drinks put in our order, food was stone cold we only live 5 minutes away, so it wasn't the drive back, the chip packets were left flat so they could put less chips in see photo, the drinks we did get were 1/3 empty, the angry onions were soggy. I've seen this behaviour before, its stingy owners making their staff cut costs by ripping off the customers. So so so so embarrassing, it's giving me second-hand embarrassment.
