Worst hungry jacks in Melbourne. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers at 1 o’clock on Labour Day and they put random sauces inside of them. Old mates probably been making the wrong burgers all night.

I’m so disappointed and angry, the fact i’m sitting on my couch right now and i’ve just gotten my delivery. I have ordered three large meals: One came without a drink.One nugget was bitten in half. And The last came with a miniature coke that i had one sip of and it was gone! this is outrageous the fact i had to order a litre coke from cole’s because i need to clench my thirst. I tried calling the store 10 TIMES! No answer. We had to wait over an hour and a half just to receive Half eaten food incorrect and missing items. NEVER ordering from here again highly disappointed now have i have the toots because i’ve eaten undercooked meat!

I have ordered a grilled chicken burger from this store, and got a hard patty which might be grilled long back. I don't even understand who are at fault in this case, the management or the staff?? If its staff, management should be held responsible for their lack of training and their recklessness with food handling and safety.

I ordered food delivery and found an insect in my meal. This raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety. I have taken clear photos of the insect and the dish as evidence.
