Ended up getting some pizzas from Domino’s, so nostalgic . : Absolutely loved the suuuuper cheesy crust. Must have when it’s still hot so it’s melty . The garlic bread was SO GOOD—soft, fluffy, and buttery! A to-go pizza delivery place. PS. Saw a lot of bad reviews for this Domino’s but my experience was fine. Not sure if I was lucky or what but I was pretty happy with my order!
Ruinously terrible establishment. Deliveries will always exceed their 20 minute promise, their drivers are deeply unhappy to be working - in the one order I made before disavowing this garbage establishment, they forgot the side of my order, said they'd drive back with it - never did. Complained 24 hours later, waiting far beyond the reasonable expectation, received no correspondence back and was recharged full price for the order. You will do better with literally any other food provider. This is garbage service, and as always with Dominos - the food is trash.
If you want a fresh hot pizza on time, don’t order from here. They aren’t interested and don’t care that it’s late. I ordered at 5pm and still not here at 6pm. If they can’t get it right early in the night, how can they run a competent business. I should have learned by now, this will be my last dealings ever with them. The pizza this late will arrive cold and disgusting.
Hi, I am regular at this dominos, always get pizzas from the person whose name starts with G and he looks Australian and works in the evenings, he always provide us very good customer service and best pizzas. But this time, other person was working whose name is venkata gave very bad experience to us and even there is like a huge difference in the taste we used to get, this has happened before as well when this guy is working.
I was in a abusive toxic relationship with Domino’s. They keep messing things up over and over again and I keep coming back when they give me vouchers. The list of things that happened to me: Delivery: the tracking is really off. You will never know when your pizza will turn up, moreover, sometimes they were left unattended in front. No calls, no bells ringing, nothing. Your pizza could be right in front and you’d never know, someone could take your pizza and you’d never know either. Food: I’m not gonna complain about the taste. It’s Domino’s, I know what to expect. However, they tend to forget a lot of stuff. I can’t remember if I ever gotten my order correct 100% Sometimes it’s something small like they forgot the sauce, but sometimes they forgot the cheese crust, sometimes they forgot the pizza, and sometimes they forgot they entire order. Customer service: there’s no way to actually contact to customer service besides the review box on the website. My problems are usually not solved. Maybe they just ignored it. Sometimes they just give you sides vouchers and call it a day. They only time i actually get a reply back is when they have to refund me after forgetting my order completely. Overall: I used to always come to domino’s for its great value. But being disappointed so many times. I think I’m no longer gonna order from it. Hell, last time I order from them they forgot my cheese crust and they still haven’t gotten back to me about it. Nothing from domino’s is gonna bring me back to them.
Very bad site manager, please do not use Caulfield Domino's. We order 3 different pizza, received only 2 that also after 1 hour. Those pizza was really cold and can't even eat. When called to site, manager said will refund only undelivered pizza and he did not had any answer for late delivery. I order directly to Domino's and their staff came to deliver but when we called a manager, he said it's problem with Uber,which we did not order from. Manager told me that he will refund money and short out issue in 2 minutes and will call us back but Still waiting for manager's call and money. Now they not even answering the phone on site. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM DOMINO'S CAULFIELD.
These guys don’t update service times correctly and still allow customers to place orders on the app even when they can’t full fill the order. Rang to check ETA on the order after waiting 90mins and was told, to cancel the order as they are unable to deliver.
Never ordering from them again. They mess up the delivery and blame it on Uber when clear instructions to “meet at door” was given.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Your delivery arrived with me 2 hours after I ordered and it arrived cold and uneatable. When called the store said the driver was in an accident and that it wouldn’t be too long, only for it to arrive 1.5 hours after expected delivery time and 50 minutes after phoning the store but I’m only around the corner from the store? Literally 5 mins away? I could’ve walked there faster than your delivery time. Also, when I called the store they hung up on me when they didn’t want to talk! We had to call from different phones so that they would pick up thinking it’s a different customer. You are getting paid to deal with customers so do your job properly for once. We have ordered here several times and every experience is the same if not getting worse. The St Kilda East store is much better because they are prompt. Overall please don’t order from the Caulfield store. Worst pizza delivery experience ever.
WORST dominos in Melbourne, highly request the authorities to close this shop down. The management is disgusting and has no responsibility whatsoever, EVERY time I ordered, the food arrived AT LEAST after 1.5-2hours later, they are the worst food chain I know and should be sued. The delivery system is really disappointing, the delivery drivers always deliver food cold and today all the toppings on my pizza were on the side of the box and all that was left was a soggy crust. I had to throw the whole pizza away. Please don't order from this store. If I could I would give them a zero or a negative reading, even one star seems overrated for these kinds of services.
