I ordered Hawaiian McCrispy through uber eats but they send me Hawaiian bbq delux. And Big Mac sauce is in a 6 nuggets box. When I tried to call no one picked up the phone. Please make sure to check the order properly before packing. Chops was cold like hell but I agree it might get cold during delivery but it’s awful. Bad experience
Very dirty. Unhygienic. Staff are lazy kicking rubbish around and not picking it up.nnThis macca give you a very good reason to fast and get on a diet
I went to McDonald’s and was really disappointed with their customer service. The overall experience was quite dissatisfying. I arrived when there were hardly 5-6 customers, but the staff was busy chit-chatting with each other and completely ignored my order. Even though everything was ready, they took more than 10 minutes to hand it over to me. It was truly disgusting and frustrating.
Ordered a coffee in drive thru and was asked to wait in the waiting bay. Did so for 15 mins during which my coffee was made and given to someone else. I came into the store to ask where it was and was told it was given away. After waiting another 10-15 mins, was given the coffee and some vouchers as compensation for the inconvenience.nnvouchers had expired at the end of August.nnBravo McDonald’s Elsternwick.
