The disabled/baby change room is out of order. The Manager on duty had no compassion whatsoever when a customer needed to change a baby nappy desperately. So the customer was forced to change the baby on a dining table!!! the manager suggested that the mother and baby go to a public toilet up the road which is used by drug users and is completely unsafe. The male manager needs to learn some compassion. I can only hope that he finds himself in a similar situation one day and no one else has compassion for him.
Today I was in this place, apparently a student made me ice cream. He accidentally poured more jam in there, but the administrator was there, and he said don't do that. However, as a customer, I was amazed that the ice cream was very tasty. Administrator. Of course, thanks for the control. But still. I want to thank this person who made this ice cream. It was cool.

Was looking for a late night feast but staff were so inattentive to the customers. I first was given ranch instead of mc chicken sauce. Then sprite instead of sparkling water and my fries were completely forgotten. When I tried to amend these errors I was completely ignored and ended up standing for ten minutes waiting until I decided to finally give up. Also she tried to fight one of my friends when she tried to pick up her order and did not acknowledge that the receipts were not printing… she also made comments about the size of my order implying it was a large quantity for a singular individual.
