A young girl named Evan made my berry sprite. I was so excited to try this new range of MACCAS drinks. She told me she was in year 10 and I thought it was excellent she is so helpful and kind as a McDonald’s worker. And to top it off, the counter worker Jemma helped me order at the counter and was very kind and quick to react. This was the best McDonald’s experience I have had. Thank you.
Last night, I visited McDonald’s Elsternwick and ordered a hot chocolate. Unfortunately, the staff were not cooperative, and one employee spoke to me in an inappropriate and disrespectful manner. I chose not to respond at the time, but I believe this experience reflects poorly on the level of customer service provided. I will be sharing my feedback through an appropriate review channel.
I loved the service. There was one kitchen boy his name was harlex. I love the big mac he made me. it tasted very good. I don't know if you've watched ratatouille or not, but it reminded me of the scene where the inspector remembered his mother. Thank you.
The disabled/baby change room is out of order. The Manager on duty had no compassion whatsoever when a customer needed to change a baby nappy desperately. So the customer was forced to change the baby on a dining table!!! the manager suggested that the mother and baby go to a public toilet up the road which is used by drug users and is completely unsafe. The male manager needs to learn some compassion. I can only hope that he finds himself in a similar situation one day and no one else has compassion for him.
It’s unbelievable this staff. They gave my food to another person which that person manipulated the food and came back to complain. However, the supervisor was about to give me the same food that guy brought all dirty and already opened. What kind of action is this? But lore important is: what the hell is the department of health and safety food are doing to inspect this actions? What’s wrong with the government of Victoria that never supervises this establishment? Where are my taxes going? Aren’t enough taxes to deal with this crap actions?
