This place shouldn’t be open! Completely wrong order, took 1.5 hours to come on uber, 3 delivery drivers later, I called and expressed how ridiculous it was, to be told my food “went ages ago”, then my order was in its way except all entirely wrong. Wasted 2 hours and I’m hungry at 11pm with very little options. Just insanity? After reading the rest of the reviews I obviously should have ordered from a different store.

Stopped by for a quick meal — the food and service were okay, nothing special but not terrible either. However, the toilets were in poor condition and quite dirty, which really brought the experience down. Overall, just an average visit.

Not impressed tonight. They had a 50% off deal on UberEats...great!  Expected them to be busy, but 45 minutes later the food still wasn't ready. It cycled through 8 separate drivers who all got there, waited in the restaurant and decided it was bedlam so left. If burgers are taking that long, might be time to pause uber orders guys...

A month later, I'm still bedazzled by the costumer service by two young men who made my Hungry Jacks experience absolutely wonderful. As I was ordering my dinner that April night, a young man called Tom diligently took my order with nothing but a handsome smile. He even recommended my new favourite go to, the Oreo storm. However, my order was messed up by a trainee as instead of a Bacon Deluxe, I got given a vegan whooper. I was in absolute distraught considering how much I love my meat. However I did not fret because another young man swiftly came to save the day and helped the poor trainee who desperately needed help. I would like to thank Dan for this incredible hospitality.nnHowever, my experience two nights ago completely changed my perspective of Hungry Jacks Moorabbin. What happened to this place?! A young girl served me who I didn't catch the name as she wasn't wearing her name tag, and I was shaken by the consumer service difference compared to my original experience. They were frantic and I could tell by the quality of my usual Bacon deluxe. It was sloppy with overuse of mayo and minimal bacon which makes me question why it isn't called a deluxe burger instead. Hungry needs more workers who truly represent what the company stands for and a cheerful spirit to this workplace. Shout out to all the people working that Friday night, including Tom and Dan.
