Stopped by for a quick meal — the food and service were okay, nothing special but not terrible either. However, the toilets were in poor condition and quite dirty, which really brought the experience down. Overall, just an average visit.
Interior tables are so dirty. Toilet had to it utmost dirtiest condition. Ordered vegan burger had no cheese, tomato or onion. Just lettuce with catchup. Asked staff to check and they bring me new burger but this time had mayonnaise which I don’t eat as I am allergic. I asked again and then they offered to clean mayonnaise from my burger its services at it lowest level. Not sure how hungry jack still have this store operational. Go to this shop if you want to loose your money and still go home hungry.
I ordered hot chocket deluxe but they give me only simple hot choclet then after i go in again and change it . After changed i again got mess coffee there is no choclet flex very bad …. Very bad customer care …..
Girls working on drive thru and at front deserves more than 5 star. They were so fast and active. The manager was just doing time pass by ordering that hardworking girls to do this and that but the job done by both indian girls was great. They were so determined and the food was also good. Did some customisation and they followed them properly. I request this franchise to promote those girls. Things make me so impressed was the indian girl carrying 2-3 bags at one time and was rushing to handover them in busy time which shows how hardworking and determined she is. So polite and good attitude towards customers.
No atmosphere, all decor has been removed and replaced by tables and chairs in need of cleaning. Filthy kitchen, food scraps all over the floor and bench. Food scraps on tables and floor. By far the worst burger I've ever eaten - tasteless, dry, and looking more like a cheap, thin burger than the premium product showing on the menu. I believe that there's probably more flavour and nutritional value in the cardboard packaging. Generally, a real blot against the company name. Head Office should be stepping in to this one. Do yourself a favour and skip this place. I've eaten here on and off for twenty years or so and this has been run into the ground by the franchisee. A real disgrace and enough to put me off HJs.
