3-4 years ago when I was visiting Brisbane I thought it looked like a nice place to stop and have a coffee. So I did, Almost every morning, until the staff started to display jealousy fueled tendencies like when you go to the zoo and the animals feel threatened. I wasn't working, and didn't need a job at the time. Since then, I have only been in there to use the ladies toilet. And once where I joined a local family for a glass of wine. I wouldn't bring overseas or interstate friends here. The staff have attitudes. The decor of the hall way entrance near the toilets where the rooms are reminds me of what you might see if you stroll past a Korean Love hotel or Brothel. They seem to think they are quite generous with their Hummingbird House charity fund raiser. But the $10,000 won't house one person for a year, that's without food or clothing in this neighbourhood.

So far so good!!! Room is cozy and clean. Great view from the balcony and room service was fast and delicious

Horrible experience. I checked in today. There are hiddin costs in addition to the room fee. The hotel front desk asked for extra 15 dollars for parking!!! I have travelled all throughout Australia and this is the only hotel where in-house guest parking is charged extra. 

I asked for one of the front rooms while checking in. The front desk person asked for extra 50 dollars for that. I rejected the offer only to find that the original room allotted to me was a front room. THEY WERE TRYING TO REAP OUT EVERY EXTRA DOLLAR FROM ME!! The hotel is a cheater. I must say.

Great bed. Compact but fine for one night. But the parking station is very maze like. Hard to maneuver.

Staff were friendly and helpful. We only stayed here the night for convenience, but would this hotel to friends and family for sure. The balcony view was good and the rooms quiet, even right next to the lifts.
