The Hotel has a great location, great staff, check in quick and easy as was check out.
The housekeeping staff excellent,  helpful,  bright, friendly,  attentive and possibly one of  the high lights of our stay. Breakfast crew were great too. Bar staff seemed preoccupied,  and on the phone alot.
Biggest problem Hotel Jen is so cold, like a mortuary,  our first room we couldn't get the temperature above 19, the A/C would not switch off room 1407 we were moved to room 1307, we managed to switch the A/C off and got the temperature up to 23 over several days. Coming from a Tropical Climate where we  have 30 to 34 year around we were shocked by the cold, seriously something needs to be done to correct this,

Check in/ check out  was handled well. Room was well appointed, comfortable and well provided for. However, breakfast next morning was not as good. Paid $29.50ea for hot full breakfast. Bacon was that tough it was hard to cut - scrambled eggs tasted like they had powder or sawdust in them and very watery. Wanted to have a second cup of coffee, but no pot on the servery, and no sign of the breakfast reception team member to request a second cup.

My fourth and fifth visits to the Hotel Jen last week were seamless. Your staff are professional, highly trained, efficient and friendly. I cannot fault your beautifully appointed accommodation and cleanliness, nor the service provided to make my stays enjoyable. Congratulations on a very well run hotel to which I will return.

Everything about our stay at Hotel Jen was perfect and I would certainly stay again and recommend to others. Check in was easy, the customer service was excellent and the room and location ten out of ten.  Great value for money!  I appreciated the late check out so much and the fact that it was no bother at all to keep our bags for us for the afternoon until our flight out.  This was a really positive hotel experience so thank you.

Reasonably priced executive suites  compared to Shangri La Sydney however it does lack the trimmings and pool. Room was spacious and clean and had all room facilities. Air con worked well, view was great, staff were polite and efficient but check-in was slow with only one on the desk and a queue. Location was good.
Overall I would recommend this hotel for a stay in the city and would definitely stay again.
